I found an offshore school of fish right before a tournament in about 28’ of water. I caught most my big fish off a flutter spoon but purchased this to get a quick limit since they were eating small blue gill. I hooked into a lot of fish and landed some but the problem I did have with this bait was only having one set of trebles, I ended up loosing a lot of fish which I expected. Honestly this is a great bait for clear deep lakes and you will get bites on it, I just would like to see a way to keep them pinned a little better to land more fish. ... show more

Lure attracts fish but I get a lot of short strikes where fish hit the spinner blade instead of the hook. I'm thinking of switching the blade and hook positions and see of I catch more fish.

I have bought a dozen of these now. They are so good in the river with current. I put a larger hook on myself, but it's not really needed. I have pike hit as much as trout do.
