I was hoping this would be able to remain connected through Bluetooth not just WiFi, but it doesn’t make sense. If I’m not home, I can’t get it to load so I don’t know if anyone’s came to my house or not. Currently we’re having issues with our internet and because of it, I’m not able to check the camera. It’s basically pointless at this rate. It takes forever to load when you get a notification someone is at your door, and you go onto the app to view the camera by the time it gets loaded, the people are already walking away. The audio is super laggy so they can’t understand you. It’s cheap so you get what you pay for. Yes, I have contacted customer service and they weren’t very helpful, they just told me to return the device. Update: June 11, 2025 Now the battery is weak. It lasts maybe a week if I’m lucky. If I have more company walk in front of it (even with motion detection as low as it can go) it only lasts about 3 days at fully charged. If I get a notification that someone is “at our door” I click the notification and it takes about 25 seconds to load in, sometimes I have to close out of the app and back in 1-2 times and it’ll finally load but by the time it does the person is usually walking away & can’t hear me or they’re gone. It’s starting to skip when people are in front of it. It’ll record their arrival, but if they’re standing there talking for 1min 40ish seconds it stops recording and I had someone walk into my home unannounced and unexpectedly (a stranger) but because it only recorded them walking up to the door, and halfway back down my driveway it didn’t record them talking to the company people that was here delivering items, I couldn’t fully report this to the police. So if you want something for security. Save your money!

I like this doorbell cam because of the two way audio and easy installation. I live in an apartment complex and my building is brick so I was able to still install with no issues. The quality is immaculate so I definitely recommend this product.

This video doorbell camera works great! The image quality is very clear both during the day and at night, which gives me peace of mind knowing I can always see who is at the door. The wide-angle view covers a good area, and the motion detection is accurate without too many false alerts. The setup was simple and quick — it connected easily to my Wi-Fi, and the app is user-friendly for checking notifications and recordings. For front door security camera the price is great. Next is assembly assembly was wonderful I had no problem setting it up make sure you set it to 2.5 gigahertz else it won't connect. I bought a amount to go for it for my front door instead of screwing it in so it's easily to remove and charge that was no problem it almost came fully charged I got it Sunday. And it's still at 92% today is Tuesday. In most camera systems you do have to pay a subscription but for $29 for the year that's not bad they have other options but I took that that was the best one. I hope you enjoy as much as I do

Nice camera. Great pics, works great with the chime and the chime has great volume BUT it needs charge every 5 days and that is a pain, you can't view videos unless you pay for a subscription. Those two negatives are enough that make this doorbell video camera very inconvenient so I will be returning this item and search for one that is more convenient.
