This phone is a crappy ass phone....I have uninstall apps and then reinstall them to work..., I was unaware of the closed return date.... I have been out of sorts I have fractured my left ankle I'm already disabled and now this phone is messing up so I don't know what I'm going to do

Right off the bat I was impressed by the packaging and overall look of the phone. Even though the box was damaged severly upon delivery, all of the contents were perfectly unharmed. Especially considering the price. I bought this phone solely for the purpose of gaming. It's Google-run, which is usually a good sign. After signing in with two emails and nothing more, 14GB were used out of 128GB available. I'd say that's pretty good for a $100 phone. It's also pretty accessible; the instructions have a lot of basic things elderly people may struggle with. And the case it comes with is actually pretty solid. As of right now, my initial thoughts are good. I'll have to come back and edit my review after a few days. UPDATE: After about a week of use and only half of the storage used, everything starte slowing down. This phone is good for small apps and communication. Nothing major. ... show more

When I carried the phone to my carrier, Cricket, to get everything transferred from my old phone, the customer service representative stated their Cricket system did not recognize this phone. When he scanned the barcode, it came up as a Samsung A56. Since this phone had no e-sim card, he had to create a mechanical one. So far, all seems to be working.
