Does not live up to the hype. I chose medium which made me look like a ghost. It did not match my skin colour. Usually, I would have chosen a lightershade according to the ad, but that would have been chalk-white on me. The brush fell apart and I had to throw it out - the brush hairs were all over my face. I applied this product, in natural daylightI felt it was just simply a clear moisturizer, so I applied it to the back of my hand to compared it to the other hand-it did have some coverage-it progressively within five minutes turned more of a warm beige, so I removed it scrubbed my face with an exfoliator, toner, daytime, moisturizer, and my primer. Noticing the complete look with more glowy than usual, price is 50% less than my Estée Lauder, it’s a keeper!!. I deducted one star because the ads used AI. I’ve never used Luminess before and at 70 years old have used any kind of facial makeup only about a couple dozen times in the last 50 years. But…. I was curious about what all the hype was about. When it arrived I washed and dried my face and opened the bottle. First thought…. Oh no wrong color because there was white liquid in the dropper. Oh well I thought I’ll try it anyway. To my astonishment (and joyful amazement) it instantly blended in and seemingly magically turned to the perfect shade for me!! It feels silky and weightless and the dark spots that were starting to appear were perfectly covered! It smoothed in effortlessly with no “chin line what so ever. Now…..
