Will this magnetic light bar fit my pickup or work truck? Check for a compatible steel roof, sufficient mounting space and a 12–24V accessory socket. The magnetic feet do not attach to aluminum, fiberglass or glass, so vehicle type alone does not confirm fit. Does installation require drilling or hardwiring? No drilling or hardwiring is needed for the magnetic setup on a compatible steel roof. Position the mounts on a clean, dry surface, route the cables and connect the included plug to a compatible 12–24V accessory socket. How do I select a flash pattern or save a favorite? Use the wired controller to cycle through 45 flash patterns. The digital display shows the pattern number. Press and hold FAVORITE while the desired pattern is running to save it. Dedicated buttons select three directional modes. Can the light bar be used in rain or snow? The light housing is rated IP66 for dust and water resistance during outdoor use. Fully secure the cable connector and keep the controller and power plug inside the cab. The light bar is not designed for submersion. How long are the cables, and will they reach inside my cab? The light-to-controller cable is approximately 9.8 ft, and the separate cigarette plug cable is approximately 11.5 ft.
