    • Soft pillow
So let me start by saying that this pillow is nice and soft. It arrived rolled into a ball, but not vacuum sealed. I'm not sure if it was supposed to be vacuum sealed and the bag was punctured, but the pillow itself was undamaged. I like the simple "speed bump" shape of the pillow, and I've found it to be a decent height for my lumbar spine. However, it is not quite as firm as I had hoped it would be, and it kind of "melts" under me after a little bit of time. Once it is flattened, it is not providing the adequate amount of support for my back, which is a bummer. I am also not a big person, weighing in at only 110 lbs, this should hold up better. I do like the pillow, and it's great under my neck too, but it just isn't firm enough to maintain its shape under my lumbar spine. It has since been permanently repurposed for my neck. It's also easy to clean, so I like that aspect too. Great neck pillow in a speedbump shape, but could be a little more firm for my lumbar area. ... show more

This lumbar pillow is nice, it is comfortable, and I love that one side is flatter than the other so that it sits upright in the crevice of a chair for when you want to use it as a back pillow. It has a removable cover so that it can be washed which is also a great addition. However, as you can see from my picture, the pillow is rather long. This causes a couple of problems. The first problem is that the pillow can't be moved higher up to place in other areas behind your back in chairs like mine that have armrests. I imagine many people have chairs with armrests. The second problem is that because it can't be moved due to its length, it doesn't really help my back when I use my donut, and I use my donut every time I sit in my chair. This may not affect most people who would use this type of pillow, I don't know. But it does affect me. I am faced with the choice of using either one or the other or using it as in the second picture, with the lumbar pillow so low that it barely helps my back. As far as lumbar support it is too soft. You might as well fold up a towel. What I do like about it is that it is a perfect neck support. I loved using it for the back of my neck. Keep in mind I am a bigger dude so it may be better for someone smaller. I have a lot of lower back pain and it did not add any relief from that. ... show more

I ordered this out of curiosity and used it for the last few nights. I am usually a toss and turner , but since I started using this I have not tossed and turned nearly as much, and I have felt more rested than I ever have. I waited to review this as I wanted t see if I could think of anything else that would have contributed to my sleeping better , but ultimately this is the only thing that has changed. It it firm, but confirming and has an anti-slip fabric on the bottom to keep it from shifting at night. I'm a heavy guy so I don't know how long it will continue to be supportive , but so far so good. ... show more

*Please note: the seller has this pillow listed as 15.3" wide. It's a misprint. The one I received is 24" wide. This pillow is my new best friend! I've had years of improper posture sitting at a desk or a drum stool. My lower back has taken the brunt of the abuse. My neck the rest. Enter the FOUSUPDT lumbar pillow. It's just the right for a guy my size. I'm 6'1" 255. This fits perfectly under my back and doesn't move around either. It measures approx 24" wide 8" deep and 3" tall. I don't know if I'm getting old or just have bad posture, but lower back pain is creeping up on me and this is helpful. Yes, it is a tad bigger than a normal-sized chair to gain some lumbar support, but having it where it wraps a little around your lower back feels quite nice. This is a thick, durable cushion with a removable cover. Well made. I have a lot of joint and back pain, and this isn't the first product that didn't work for me. The quality is good. If you think it could help you, try it.
