First one I purchased 2 weeks before Christmas and the item never shipped. Never got it before Christmas and had to cancel my order and repurchase another one which was more expensive. Finally got the sign. My son loves it. The colors are very nice and bright. The only issue is when you dim it only the red light will stay lit. The rest of the lights on the sign turn off. Shipping box was fine but the actual box was crushed. The clear plastic was split in half and now I have to return and wait for it to refund to order it again. It can be great! The light is bright and it’s a good size. Was really looking forward to hanging it.
