    • substituted a smaller poor replacement and charged the same, then had to pay to return.
This back pack is 20 L, too small and costs $50 more than the price that is on the tag. It is not at all what we expected and too expensive, returned it and don't think I will order this brand from Amazon again.

Took less than a week for the strap to start separating from the back back. Was only holding my binder and my wallet. Don’t waste your money.
