The little gift boxes look great under my outdoor Christmas tree! I live in a windy state, and I'm hoping they don't blow away! I don't think they will because the material is pretty porous. Easy to put them together as the boxes are collapsable. Nice vibrant colors! Great price too!

I got the iridescent/prismatic set of light up gift boxes. These are going to be an outdoor decoration and it says it is safe to do so. They are a good size for my front porch. The frame of each box is made of a thin metal, shaped as a cube. The prismatic shell is zip-tied to the metal frame. So these do seem sturdy and made well. I love any decor that have the prismatic color, it is beautiful during the day without the lights, and fabulous at night with the lights. The lights are the fairy lights on wire. They're electric. So need to be plugged in. The lights are attached together so you only need one outlet to light all 3 boxes. These are beautiful and I love them. My one issue with these is the lights were a hassle to make look right. The fairy wire did not come assembled in each box. It was rolled up in each box. So, you have to unroll the fairy lights and pray you don't tangle them. If you've ever worked with fairy lights, you know they can be a headache to deal with. It seems that in the photo the fairy lights are just sitting in each box just sort of naturally, after being unrolled. I didn't like how that looked. So I took each spool of the wore for each box and weaved it through each metal box frame. And that was irritating. The end result is beautiful and it looks perfect. I just wish that the light came pre-attached to the metal frame in a nice way. Maybe that's just a me thing.

I have these "gifts" sitting under my tree and I love how festive it is. I found that weaving the lights into the frame was very taxing so I gave up and kind of just let the lights sit in the frame and it works just as well. I love how bright it is and love how the covers give it different hues of light. This set also fits into each other so it's a really space saving decoration.
