These boxes were the perfect addition to my outdoor Christmas display of reindeer and sleigh. They are on the smaller side, but the brightness and design make them stand out. Regarding sturdiness, they will hold up outside just fine in normal conditions. I live on the east coast where there are plenty of nor'easters and we just recently had a very windy rain storm. As with any outdoor item in a wind storm, you must secure your items, duh! We used fish line to tie them down and they held up just fine. There are so many Amazon reviewers that nit pick for silly reasons, use common sense with your items and they will work just fine! If something is defective, return it and move on! Amazon has a very good return policy.

I was looking for boxes to go under my outdoor Christmas tree decor. These looked to be the best. They do look really good but they're a bit smaller than I was expecting. Wish they were a bit bigger especially for the price. But the style is what I was looking for, so I'm mostly satisfied with the purchase.

These are smaller than they appear in pictures. Still, they look really nice. I put them outside under a tree. My only concern is that a good gust of wind will blow them over. I wish they came with stakes to secure to the ground. I wrapped the cords around the base of my artificial tree to keep them from blowing away.

Come in a cardboard box you could keep for storage. Easy to put together with the Velcro bow for the top to make them easy to put away at the end of the season. Varying sizes so they fill my display out front perfectly! Would definitely recommend
