It was a bit of a pain to put together, but once everything is tightened, it seems pretty sturdy. I bought this for my wife as a Christmas Present and she loves it. She had a small wire rack before that only held a dozen bottles. This one has all of her bottles on it and some extras, and it's still not half full.

Purchased the 64 bottle version of this rack since it fits the intended space and bottle holding capacity that I was looking for. I was a bit concerned about the quality, but the unit is actually well built. The tubular steel sides are sturdy, and the bottoms of these sides have adjustable levelers. I recommend that you adjust the front levelers a bit taller than the back to mitigate the risk of tipping/toppling over. Speaking of that, with no bottles on the rack it feels like it can tip over pretty easy. However, once loaded it's actually quite stable. As I said before, with the front levelers slightly elevated from the back, the rack feels solid, stable, and definitely won't tip/fall forward! This being said, I'd make sure the load from the bottom up, leaving the top row empty, or close to empty just in case. In terms of assembly, it’s pretty simple. Each of the wooden spanners have a dowl on top that lines up with a hole in the metal side frames. Insert that dowl in and drive a hex screw into the wood. I used an impact drill to make these connections so everything went quick. They do supply a cheap hex key if you don’t have a drill, but expect to take a long time driving all of these long screws in place. There are two types of wood slats, the A’s go on one side and the B’s on the other side…pretty simple. If you are looking for a nice looking wine rack at a decent price point then I think you’ll like this one just fine…

It was very easy to put together and quick too. T25 torq bit sped up the Allen wrench.. the quality is really nice. I was pleasantly surprised for the price. The design is good, but I think the bars are a bit close together. At least for my hands. The size perfect, especially for how many it holds.
