Update: they were soo good at replacing these!!I love these boots but soooo disappointed! Ok I upped the stars because they were wonderful in replacing the previous pair but the new boots did the exact same thing. Going to go to a shoe repair shop! This is my second time wearing these boots and they are super comfortable but at the top by white collar on both boots you see it ripped and I have not snagged or tore these boots. I'm so careful and I'm sitting down at my job and see the tear in the white collar above the ankle!! Oics show both boots on my feet. Will be calling for an exchange!!! ... show more

    • The inner heel area shreds and falls apart :(

I'm on my feet for 8+ hours a day and constantly on the move. The outside has lasted okay but the inside, mostly around the heels, is shredding apart. Which is a shame because these are very comfy and didn't need any breaking in.

I bought these boots because I've always liked Lugz boots. After wearing them for several days, at least eight hours a day, I found them incredibly comfortable! I walk about five hours a day and work in a warehouse, and they're not too heavy or cumbersome. I don't trip over them, and they're neither chunky nor clunky. Ordered these not even 3 months ago and the inside sole where the back of my heel is is already breaking through and giving me really bad blisters, also I fell really hard wearing these at work so they are definitely NOT slip resistant. Wish I could return them but unfortunately it’s too late now
