I bought two sizes of this suitcase. They have traveled overseas and back twice and held up well. No visible scratches, which has to be because of the finish because we all know TSA is not gentle with your luggage. So they're durable. I love this lock style because it feels much more secure to me than a zipper. No need to hack the lock when there's a zipper because all you have to do is stick a pen in between the teeth and it's open. I also love that in the larger case there's a fully zipped interior compartment on both sides, and in the smaller case it's fully zipped on one side and has a partition with clips on the other so your clothes are still held in place. They have carry handles on two sides, and are very lightweight. Even after you load them up they roll very smoothly and are quiet, and they are very sturdy. The flat top makes a good drink holder in a pinch too.

Had this for half a year and it has survived 2 trans-pacific trips as check-in luggage, with the only damage being scuffs and a plastic wheel cover falling off. Was initially sceptical of the clasp system but they are so much faster and easier to use than a traditional zipper. The big "LuggeX" badge on top is kinda ugly and would have preferred to have no branding but otherwise it looks quite nice.

I travel for business and wanted a bag that was good for 4 days of travel that rolls well. Was a little weary after reading the bad reviews and losing one of the hubcaps of the wheels on my very first trip. Other than that the bag is performing well. I have taken it on several 5 trips and it has handled being overstuffed on 2 of trips. It rolls as good or better than than the other bags I have. I does seem a little flimsy but has proven to be a strong bag. I am not sure how it would hold up to the hardship of being checked. I would buy this bag again. My only complaint is the missing hubcap after the first trip with no way of getting it repaired. It is a nice looking carry-on and that one thing does mess up its aesthetics.

First impressions from a person that travels two or three times a month for business. Bought many brands over the last twenty years. Most in the last 10 years were Samsonite for Family and Business Travel. Last Samsonite Carry on lasted seven months before the wheel broke off two weeks ago and decided to give Luggex a try. Nice looking suitcase. Carry on feels very sold with no flex when loaded. Nice interior layout. Like the zipper less feature. Travels nicely around the house/driveway and seems very stable loaded. Will see when I put some miles on it during travel over the next two months. Updates to come after some travel… Update after seven business trips. Suitcase rolls better than any of the others I have owned, even with my heavily loaded Tumi Backpack sitting on the suitcase. I’m a fast walker and if I let go of the suitcase it will roll right by me for a few steps. Three of my trips so far have been five days and have just enough room for the five days (Packed light for these trips). More than enough for Four days. Had concerns about how the latches, would they hold and with a packed suitcase that I have to push down to latch, I’ve had zero issues. Considering the 26 for longer trips, but concern is always how will it take the abuse of checked luggage… I wouldn't think twice about making the purchase. Safe travel's!

I really like zipperless bags, and loved this one when it arrived. Set it up for the first trip and it was checked in by the gate, no long journey to airplane. Wheel came off, it was a bit loose when i go it as new, but i thought it was part of the smooth rolling mechanism (which was really smooth, it rolls like it’s floating). I need to return this bag. I know amazon has a 30 day policy, but the suitcase could not be so troublesome on the wheels. Other than wheels, the suitcase is wonderful, easy to open, hardcase, excellent. Thanks a lot

I am presently surprised that so much quality is packed in an inexpensive package. The locks engage securely. There are plenty of pockets and lots of space. Only two criticisms. It is a little heavy at about 8 lbs empty. Also the handle mechanism takes up quite a bit of interior space. Overall, a GREAT value
