We bought one and it has been put through big tests lugging heavy, fragile ceramics around Europe and on and off planes and trains. Love (and used) the expansion gusset. Solidly built and worth the money.

This is the perfect carry-on. I have done two multiple week trips to Europe with just this bag and a small backpack. The squared off corners allow for maximum interior space. The expansion zipper allows you to overpack and then compress it to the required carry-on size. I did run into an issue with the handle getting stuck in the extended position. I wrote to the company, sent a short video, and they immediately replaced the bag with a new one. One has to appreciate a company that stands behind their product.
