I am writing this review for those who are on the fence like I am about this. I debated heavily about if I should purchase a new suitcase with some additional features for my upcoming trip in November. I went back and forth about this after really wanting the nobl suitcase but it was not in my budget. I may come back and change this review after I use it to travel for a month straight (as my carry on and for the smaller trips within the big trip). I do think that the durability of this suitcase is at quite a higher quality than other regular cheap suitcases I’m used to. The handle being the most durable.. maybe we will see. As I’m a girl who lives and loves tech I love the front pocket AND the fact that it’s optional to let it drop to the floor or stay up at an angle. The design and engineering team really put in a lot of work and effort into this and it SHOWS! a lot of features that I didn’t notice when originally buying that are so well thought out and useful. I don’t know if it was worth the $100+ for someone who is a cheapo like me but I’m not upset by this purchase even though a splurged a little. And it comes with a 3 year warranty.. just in case which is a great add and shows they back their product. I started this review at 4 stars and am moving it to 5 stars because the things that I am considering that was a miss or lack of is made up by everything else. If the opportunity was right I would likely buy a bigger version for my checked luggage. Either way I would recommend LuggageX as of now.

The media could not be loaded. This 24” luggage worked very well. Just did a 13 day European tour where we moved hotels every 1-2 days. The luggage performed well thru airport check in, pick up on other end with the 360° wheels making movement very easy. The top opening versus the traditional clam shell access was a lifesaver in small hotel rooms. I did use the extender part way thru the trip but was able to compress zip it for the flight home. I felt like this let some strain off the main zippers. To further protect the suitcase and the zippers I used a suitcase cover and a strap. So happy with this purchase.

Just returned from a trip and I'm impressed with the performance of this bag. I was able to pack for a seven day trip and fit everything. I'm an admitted over packer and I had to rethink some things to get everything to fit. I also used the zipper to be able to fit some purchased made during my vacation. Seems decently durable, came thorough airport baggage handling without issue or scratch. I took off a star because it was a little bit of a fight rolling over low pile carpet. I ended up tipping it on it's side and pulling it on two wheels to keep from fighting with it. The wheels are absolutely fine on hard flooring or tile. Had no issues with the zippers, seems to be a solid choice for the price point.

Have been doing a lot of International travel lately and this 20" carry on is exactly what I was needing. I keep seeing other passengers boarding with bigger bags and hogging the overheads on the airplanes that really piss me off. Usually I only go with a back pack. But with this side panel opening, it is a game changer. Plus there is a hidden feature behind where you can open the whole half of the bag behind that side pocket. Look for a hidden zipper to open it up. With the restrictions on carrying power banks, I don't see any use for the charging cable.
