My bad. I did not read the fine print and it did not come with a battery, the number one selling feature! “Does not include battery for Hawaii” mostly because these things blow up in sky. Or do they? Is it because Hawaii is run by scared little dummies? Hmmmmm I saw these all over the world while traveling. But only Hawaii screws us. The warning needs to be bigger and there should be a red note saying, “not available in your area”

Updated: This luggage was exactly what we wanted for hardsided, single compartment luggage for the larger bags. The carry-on is still split in the middle which is okay and similar to other hard sided cases. The only reason they do not get a 5-star review is there is no easy way to follow up with customer service. One of the wheels on the carry-on broke on our last trek and I’d like to have it repaired or replaced as it was our first use but other than this review I cannot determine a contact. 🤞🏼update: you can access customer service through Amazon store and they did a replacement. Easy and no- hassle. New one has been great.

This luggage is the best of both worlds. Lightweight, hard-side but NOT clamshell open. I hated the clamshell luggage I used for years. Too hard to pack and to open. Wouldn't sit on the hotel luggage rack. This has a one side opening that is great. Huge capacity. Sits on hotel luggage rack without any problem. The telescoping handles glide in and out easily. The double wheels roll with no effort. Nice compartments inside the luggage. Though the small bag is clamshell opening, it is really handy with an outside opening for papers, laptop, tablet, etc. This section is separated from the interior. But, if you don't pack the outside section, there is even more room inside for clothes, toiletries, etc. I LOVE THIS LUGGAGE.

After 4 months of use the locking zipper finally totally broke off. I've also had the zipper come apart on 3 different occasions, like the zipper just opens in the middle of the zipped length. Luckily I use straps to hold the bag together as backup. Stuff was hanging out the suitcase coming down the airport belt...

I used this suitcase for the first time since purchasing to go on a trip. It went on one airplane ride and lost a wheel. Then for my weeklong trip I had to carry around my suitcase. Great space but upset already lost my wheel and now it’s unusable.

Had to return, handle will not stay up locked. If packed good luck getting a laptop in the front pouch. USB charching cable poor quality, will not charge from usb c had to use A, would generate a message on phone about not compatible. Carry on needs side handle.
