    • Zipper broke after two trips!

Update: This company reached out to me and did everything they could to make it right. They stand behind their product which is pretty amazing. They offered to replace the suitcases free without having to return the broken ones. I am still concerned with the zippers as they aren’t any different. Just hoping that I just had some flawed ones. I really actually liked this suitcase so much that we bought 4 of them and unfortunately in two the zippers already broke. On one the zipper pull completely fell off after checking into a flight which was obviously the worst time for it to happen. I had to run back home and grab a different suitcase. So this carry-on is awesome. There’s a zipper pocket on the outside of it that you just undo pull your electronics out without having to open up the whole entire carry-on the carry-on itself when you open it up has two separate compartments, which is really helpful to keep everything organized.

UPDATED. I'm in love with this set, again. And the company responded immediately to my issue. The customer service is amazing. You will not go wrong purchasing. This luggage set has all the bells and whistles... locks, many pockets, external cellphone usb & C charging cord, zippered compartments on both sides to keep clothes in place, doubles wheels so it rolls really easily & smooth across the floor. Most importantly, the company is amazing in communicating with you if you have any issues. Old Review...I love it but after 1 trip, the wheel broke off the large luggage. I only owned it a short time before this happened. I love everything about this luggage. I did a video about how nice it was prior to my trip but this is so disappointing. Took both pieces to Tuscany and Rome - first use. The zipper did not make it in one piece to Rome. I have never had a zipper pull break on a suitcase - until now. The piece that broke off is still in the lock, but it's broken off. The 20-inch is fine, but the 29-inch is broken. Worse yet, I have to return BOTH pieces because of the broken zipper. Will initiate the return once I return to Kansas City tomorrow. Why is your quality so poor? That's 3 returns now - first the TSA locks won't Program in 2 suitcases (had to return and order replacements), now it's a broken zipper pull. Stay away from Luggex. ... show more

This was the perfect set for exactly what I needed for all of my vacationing. The only thing that was a little confusing was the locking doesn’t need a key, but it looks like it needs a key.
