It’s my fault for not noticing that the 24” suitcase (medium size) measures closer to 26” from floor to top of (collapsed) handle - the wheels add 2”. The maximum height for Southwest is 24” and I believe most of the other airlines say 23”. I’m a little bummed because I almost always just carry on a suitcase and I don’t really have a need for another piece of checked baggage. If I had read the product description details (see attached picture) more carefully instead of just noticing the “24 Inch Medium Hardshell” in the title I would have opted for the smaller 20” size. The color is great because it will stand out from all the other typical black and blue ones and I do like that it is hardshell yet still expandable if I need the extra room on the way home. The locking mechanism gives a little bit of added security especially if you happen to find yourself in a hotel room without a safe. Of course someone could just steal the whole suitcase or crack this one open, but the lock is a nice deterrent for hotel staff that may have sticky fingers. I am not comfortable reviewing the durability of the luggage until I have checked it on at least. 2-4 flights. I will update this review if I have any problems with it. The zippers and wheels all work smoothly, the handle slides in and out without sticking and there was no strange manufacturing odor/outgassing when I opened it up. Other than the slightly misleading listing title I think this is a quality suitcase.

This rolling suitcase is pretty standard with the X-straps on one side to hold items in place and a zipper divider for the other side. There are two zipper pockets on the divider, one solid fabric and one net that are nice to hold items you don't want to get lost in the main compartment. The handle extends easily and locks into place. The double wheels roll smooth over multiple surfaces - tile, carpet, hardwood, rugs - and maneuver easily. I like the location of the TSA lock on the top of the bag instead of the long side , and I also like the rounds square shape of the case, but these are just personal preferences. I have had good luck with other suitcases from VIPBOX, mostly with the 20" carry on size. I am happy with the larger size as well.

Large suitcase. Fits lots of items. Very sturdy and the wheels function well. We did notice that the purple color gets scuffed up pretty easily. Other than that this is a sturdy suit case.

I'm pleased with this luggage. It seems sturdy and well made, it locks smoothly and is easy to get around. I feel like it should hold up for a while. Definitely worth the money.

The suitcase seems to be a nice quality. I prefer to travel with just a carry-on, but my daughter likes to have more wardrobe options so this was perfect for a weeklong trip with enough room to shop on our trip. I really like the zipper compartment that separates the top half of the suitcase. My daughter bought a semi formal dress with lots of tule on our recent trip and she was able to get it home without crushing it by putting most of her clothes in the larger half and zipping the dress safely in the top half where it could not be compressed by the rest of her luggage. The only thing I don’t love about the suitcase is how easily it gets marked up. The photos show the wear from just one trip. I think the black marks are from the conveyor belts. The luggage gets thrown onto. It is still very functional, but not so pretty! If that matters to you, I would choose a darker color.

This is the lightest suitcase I've ever owned. Not only that, but it moves like butter. I'm very very pleased with this suitcase. It has a padlock that you can program so you can travel internationally with ease. (if you don't mind paying extra for checked bag) It's the perfect size for a checked bag. Not too large, not too small. But it would not work for a carry on. I got the purple and it's a great color. I would buy this entire set because I love it so much. Highly recommend this product to travelers. The quality is great and I plan on having it around for a lifetime.

PROS: sturdy rolling luggage, has some flex/give but not brittle and does not crack easily like others I have seen. Has TSA approved access key hole that allows TSA to open your bag without having to damage it. Just to be sure, I played with it a bit and tried to pick it, looking for obvious weaknesses and it seems reasonably tamper resistant and not easy to pick open. Has the classic 3 number lock that secures the zippers so case is not easily opened. Has nice organizational pockets and straps to secure folded clothes (I roll em up to save space but may still find the straps useful when bringing gifts home. Wheels are strongly anchored and have rubber grip on them and spin so well that it makes me wonder if they have ball bearings (very nice to not hear squeaks or rubbing sounds). Cons: Since it is a flexible shell suitcase, fragile items could be damaged so remember to wrap them well with clothing or something else. Summary: First impressions are excellent, granted this is not as secure as a hard case because you could always cut the zipper material with a carpet knife but lets be honest, there is no such thing as secure luggage. I will try to give an update after holiday travel this year (2025) and see how it fairs on a world trip and back again. Overall, appears to be very good quality and I would be comfortable with recommending it for domestic trips without concern.
