Great looking, glossy shell. Rolls smooth. Lightweight. First impression, I'm shocked for the value (I paid about $112 for this 3 piece set). I bought this to replace my Kenneth Cole Reaction 3-piece set which was $350 (but was garbage) The inside is basic like most hard shell luggage but I bought a $12 packing kit to stay organized. I will review again after a few flights, but right now I'm super happy and would buy again and again!

I ordered these suitcases in February. I used the 28” suitcase once in early March. It has two zippers that meet on the side where the combination lock is. Unfortunately when I returned from my trip, one of the two zippers were gone and now I have to zip it all the way around to the left side to make sure it is closed which means I am unable to use the lock. Amazon will not allow a return because it is after the return date which was Feb 27th, which was before my vacation. They tell me I have to contact the manufacturer. I have been unable to find any info to contact them. Amazon sent me a link, which they said would be for the manufacturer, but it is not. Very disgusted!!

I have already traveled with it one time and it was quite durable. I like that wheels are rotating very well. Lock is functional if you like to use that. Travelling was easy. Great value for the price.
