Easy enough to assemble. One of the struts at the rear of the drawers makes one drawer stand out a bit from the other drawers so I removed that strut and the desk seems none the weaker for it. For a small desk, it offers a great amount of storage opportunities, with most if not all neatly out of eyesight. The extended length to the side is very useful for using the computer mouse. I am extremely pleased with the desk and the only real caution of note is that the edges are very sharp so I would use table corner guards to prevent getting gashed by one. ... show more

I love this desk! It was super easy to assemble! It helps to have two sets of hands to hold some pieces in place, but I got it together in less than an hour. My only complaint is the screws that were supposed to hold the bottom wood panels, did not fit and didn’t match the screw type on the instructions. I did not install the shelf as I have no need for it at this time. The desk is sturdy and provided me much needed space, as I work from home full time. Pleasantly surprised with this purchase. This desk provides a lot more space than others at a similar price. I am able to fit two monitors on one side, my gaming pc on the corner and a bit of the other side, with plenty of desk space on the other side. Lots of leg room from the bottom to spread out your legs. My one complaint is that it does not feel as sturdy as other desks. The support comes from the back of the desk, and putting pressure near the front side feels very weak. I do not have confidence leaning on the front of the desk or putting any weights near the front side, as it does not feel like the desk will be able to support it ... show more

I’m a college student renting a campus apartment (which is fairly small) and I was looking for a desk that would fit in my room ,but would also allow me enough space to spread out and fit at least both my laptop and iPad. This desk not only fits both of them, but it allows for so much space to spread out. I love that there is a slight “L” shape which provides just enough extra room for anything else I might need on the desk. At first I was a little skeptical about the fabric drawers, but they’re actually great and provide for a “soft close”. The drawers are also a lot longer than I thought and I have no issue fitting anything I need in them. The desk was also really simple to put together and the directions were easy to follow, I didn’t have the correct size screwdriver or Allan wrench, but two of each were provided with the parts. Was alerted on friday that I got a job I've been wanting- so needed an affordable desk Fast. I ordered this on Friday night - it arrived Sunday morning, and I'm using it to type this review right now. It's sturdy and easy to put together, but some of the screw holes weren't exactly lined up where they needed to be. I was able to get it to work though. I put the shelf on the side end of the desk instead of on one of the back walls of it because I want it to be a stand for my tower instead (it's perfect) but my cat had fun climbing on it before I moved my computer in haha. Love the desk, however after I got it completely put together I FINALLY noticed the damage to the top. Very noticeable. There are signs of moisture in the box and some of the finish is damaged as well as a missing chunk. I really don't want to deal with with a return, blah.
