I have been using Bragg USDA Organic Raw Apple Cider Vinegar for many years. I use to be able to buy it off the shelf at our local store. I was surprised that it was not there any longer. I decided to go on the hunt to find Bragg USDA on Amazon for home delivery. I was absolutely surprised at how many options there were to purchase Raw Apple Cider Vinegar. I chose Bragg because it is a name I can trust. It also comes with “The Mother”. What is “The Mother”? It is the good stuff that sits at the bottom of the bottle. It contains raw enzymes and promotes good healthy gut bacteria. I shake mine up well before I use it. I add about a Tablespoon of Bragg Raw Apple Cider Vinegar to a glass. I had about a cup or less of water and down the hatch. It does taste a bit bitter as Vinegar is bitter. You can add it to tea if you’d like. It is Un-Pasteurized so I do keep mine in the refrigerator after I open it. Raw Apple Cider Vinegar has many health benefits. Besides putting good bacteria in your gut. It also aides in digestive issues, PH levels, helps control weight and is good for your skin. It can also be sprayed on salads and used in recipes. It has an address on the side of the bottle where you can order a recipe book. I have recommended this product to my friends and family. I find the price to be comparable to purchasing off the shelf.

Where do I begin?.First WOW,this product is a staple!.I originally bought this to activate my bentonite clay mask(water just wasn't cutting it).Once I poured the ACV into the mask powder it immediately started bubbling,whereas with water alone nada just silence.But most importantly I felt a complete difference after washing away the bentonite,like the ACV was contributing to making my skin feel softer and appear cleaner.Besides getting a good facial out of the ACV,I got an amazing hair cleanser!.I struggle with dandruff and dry scalp-not cute ha,so I decided after researching a ton on ACV and hair cleansing I would apply it to my scalp and leave it in-no washing it out!.The smell was absolutely strong but beyond that it gave a nice tingle to my head once on my scalp.Massaged it in,bagged my hair went to sleep.the very first night I could see the crown of my head clearing(which is the worst part of my entire head).Repeated this for another night and viola!,my dandruff was almost entirely gone,although my sisters absolutely detest the smell so that was the end of my experiment/experience.Seeing as I've only tried this method for two nights straight,my itchy scalp still remain but not as bad.Im sure with continuing this method after hair washing I'll have a clear scalp!.B.t.w I'm running low on ACV ,any chance I could get another,just to make sure I'm accurate of the benefits,ha.Enjoy everyone,your are sure to get a great use out of this product.

We use ACV for tons of things in our attempt to lead all natural “chemical free” lifestyles as much as possible. ACV can be used for cleaning, skin soothing, hair washing, laundry, recipes, digestive health... the list is long! We use a couple diff brands for diff things (yeah we’re that fanatical about ACV) We use this more for recipes like herbal teas and remedies. We use a pasteurized version that’s cheaper for cleaning cuz we don’t want the enzymes to continue activating on a surface long after. But this Braggs we use for laundry, skin after showers or in baths, teas, cooking (keep in mind heating this may kill the beneficial things in raw ACV so we usually add it after cooking), or even just to drink in some lemon water as a daily supplement. It’s great for adding probiotics or to use along with probiotics. We use Braggs for our Kombucha and fermented brewing which we found makes a huge difference. But this stuff is strong! It’s stronger than the cheap store pasteurized versions, so keep that in mind. But we will always keep this stuff on hand along with raw honey, cuz it just comes in handy for so much.

I got this to use with the aztec clay mask. You mix the clay power with the apple cider vinegar. But as it turns out, this is very nice on my salads. Brunettes, after you shower mix this with 1 cup with two cups of water and spritz on your hair for natural brunette highlights, it also fights dandruff, removes soap film and sebum oil and leaves hair shiny. You can add a cup to your bath to soften your skin. You can mix two teaspoons of olive oil and teaspoon of Braggs to make an ant-aging moisturizer for your face,. You can also apply this directly to your face via a cosmetic pad or cotton ball avoiding your eyes, like an astringent, leave it on for 10 minutes and rinse with warm water to remove dead skin cells on your face. So cook with it, or beautify yourself. I'd stick to the organic varieties.

Health store-from true Bragg company is darker, complete. Usually I love this stuff, its absolutely great. But this time I bought on Amazon from VitaminLife. It came in the mail today; Almost no mother in it and the color is white with a very light cream color. (See video) It's not the real copper color AC as Bragg sells (as shown in the picture on Amazon.) (Video also shows the real product directly from Bragg Farm; note color is darker, correct, and this is after I added a bit of water so it would last until my new order was delivered.) It looks like someone is taking Bragg AC and watering it down 3X and reselling with their labels or; maybe this is just a accidental bottling at the Bragg Farm or its normal to look like this sometimes? If so, I apologize. If not; investigate this. I will give 4 stars just to be open-minded. This review in no way represents Patricia Bragg, The Bragg Family and their TRUE Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar that I usually buy directly from Bragg or Health food stores. It healed a bone spur on my foot and helps my neck injury. Will stay with the health food store to be sure am getting from Patricia Bragg Company seller only. 5 stars for the true product. 1 stars for this bottle from Amazon seller 'VitaminLife'. Amazon would refund the money but the jar is too heavy to mail so no biggie. Thanks for the comment below; says it may just be the type of apples. I have never seen this before in many years. My experience with the true product is; When I mix with raw organic honey I can drink it usually without my stomach being affected. When I cant drink it, I switch to placing it on my skin, soaking my feet or hands in it for a hour. It really gets into the blood! Our skin is a large organ and it does absorb things that are placed upon it and especially if left on the skin for a time. I recently experienced much improvement in a ankle/foot injury. When I was young, in my middle 30's I worked as a waitress at Vern's Restaurant at the top of the hill in Daly City right on the edge of San Francisco. Beautiful view! (Hi to all you old Italian men and ladies!) One day as I was walking out the restaurant to go home I saw a family with their dog in the parking lot. A big long haired white dog, collie, wolf maybe. It was in pain, dragging its legs, almost crawling. I asked if the dog was it by a car..? The Mother said No, he has arthritis. I remembered Patricia and Paul Braggs books and the Apple Cider Vinegar cure. I am not sure if animals can eat honey so I told the lady to try the Apple Cider Vinegar and honey too if the vet says ok. I did not see them for about 2 months. One day at the cash register the family came in the restaurant and the mother stopped and told me her dog was walking normal for the first time is ages; the Apple Cider Vinegar cure worked! The dog loved to drink it. My neck injury seems to have healed much more since drinking the AC and placing it on my neck, the injured bones, cartilage. The Braggs state that the AC with honey mixture gets into the bodies arteries... and the blood vessels, capillaries that travel into the joints and eats away at built up plague, calcium deposits... Then the joints are cleaned out and can rebuild. Arthritis cure. This stuff is amazing..I'm glad I discovered it on youtube. I've been using it for so many things..but the best use is as a facial toner for me. I've been using it for over a month and my skin has greatly improved. I use to breakout so bad but my skin is clearer now and my acne scars are clearing up as well. I mix 1/2 cup of a.c.v. and 1/2 cup of distilled water in a plastic bottle.(empty plastic containers are $1 for 3 travel size ones at dollar tree) of course you can do less but I just like making enough that'll last me. Make sure you shake well..I put it on a cotton ball and use it like I would astringent or facial toners after washing my face with an oatmeal bar soap. I do it twice a day and I've noticed great improvements. I even convinced my teenage daughter to use it. Apple Cider Vinegar has lots of great uses and benefits especially if it's raw and with the special ingredient (the mother) I especially love this brand! Get this you definitely won't regret it.

I get an annual yeasty skin rash all over my body, and nothing works as well on it, as ACV! It also works excellent for my heartburn and indigestion, which seems counter-intuitive, but it does work, so I'm not going to think about it. I'll just keep buying Bragg's and taking it. Great stuff. Much cheaper than if I were to buy it locally, as well. I recently started using it for my psoriasis-type dandruff, which was causing me to have gigantic, thick flakes, and I cannot believe how well it works! This is the first time in over 50 years, even with using Nizoral shampoo/head&Shoulders, etc, that I don't have dandruff, not even a little bit. It's wonderful. The last several years, I had deveoped red,scaling spots on my face, which were a bit embarrassing, and when I started using it on my scalp, those cleared up too. Love it!

I bought this product after reading the many positive reviews on here. I bought it because I read that it aided in weight loss (with diet and exercise) and gave great energy. Well I didn't experience the energy nor any change to my weight. However, it did help with my sciactic nerve. I developed this problem during my two pregnancies. My babies laid on the nerve in my lower back and butt and as a result I develop Sciactic nerve pain. Let me tell you, if you've never had it before you are blessed. Its so painful. I would literally be in tears. When I was pregnant with my last child I would lay in the bed and cry because my pain was so bad that I couldn't get up in the mornings. My son is five months now and up until two months ago I continued to have this pain. Then I ordered this apple cider vinegar and I felt relief quickly. I took 1 teaspoon in the morning (two was too strong for me), and the next morning the pain wasn't do bad. The second day, the pain was numb. The third day, the pain was gone! I was shocked and very skeptical so I stopped taking it to see if it was really the cause of my relief and sure enough the pain came back. So I went back to my 1 teaspoon every morning and my pain went away. I used a whole bottle (16oz), which I shared with my husband, and my pain is gone. I haven't bought anymore because I am now pain free. I believe this stuff works differently for everyone but its so worth a try. FYI, I never could drink this stuff in my water, even when adding the suggested honey. I tried to mix it with other drinks and gagged. Finally I took another reviewer 's advice and took it in one shot like I was taking cold medicine. Its strong like pickle and lemon juice mixed up but when taken this way, its over quickly and it doesn't sit on your teeth. Just have a glass of water or juice nearby :-)
