I wear a 8.5 and always look for a wide fit because my feet are somewhat wide. Finding these boots from Lucky Brand was great as I needed a closed shoe for winter here in Southern Arizona. They are little bit of a struggle to put on but I think a shoe horn will do the trick. Once on they are reasonably comfortable to wear. Not really suited for long walks, but go well with jeans, longer skirts for winter. I’m going to try a very thin sock and think that will increase their wear ability. Love these boots. I was a little nervous because it was a frequently returned item. Very comfortable, wore them all night standing at a concert with no pain. I think the reason people might not like the fit is because they are loose in the ankle- that’s the style. True to size- I am a 8.5 and went with an 8.5 wide because I occasionally need wide sizing for boots or shoes with narrow toe boxes. ... show more

First, I'll say that these are normally 120 dollars in stores. That's insanity. I paid forty, and I would never pay more. They are Target quality shoes. That said, I saw these on a friend and immediately asked where she got them, because I think the look is so cute - most animal print shoes look very loud and too bold for my taste. This print is so small, it could almost look like a light brown boot from far away, and I really like the understated and somewhat faded coloring. When I got them, I had to work hard to get my foot inside, and they felt so narrow that I immediately thought I would have to return them. But because I loved the style so much, I decided to try to wear them around the house that morning to see if they would stretch a little. Thankfully, they did, and now they fit snugly but not uncomfortably. I still probably couldn't wear socks with them, but it's hard to with this cut of boot anyway. I normally wear an 8.5 to 9, and lean towards 9 in boots. I got these in a 8.5. I am not sure how the 9 would fit, but they were priced twice as much, so I am sticking with these. ... show more

I love, loved these booties, style, comfort and fit. I have three pair because they are super comfy and go well with multiple outfits. But, for $80 the sole looks like crap! I have only owned the browner ones since December 11, have probably worn them 5 or 6 times, casually, like to dinner or to watch a high school basketball game. They are a month old and the sole is apparently painted over yellow. Now the yellow shows through and looks so bad! The other tanish pair I have owned for a year and you can see how the sole continues to get worse. The black pair I honestly love, but they have probably only been worn a few times. I am just disappointed in a name brand (Lucky Brand) item that wasn’t a cheap pair of booties not even looking nice for the season. ... show more

These are so cute, soft and comfy. I do have to get a half size larger to accommodate my orthotics (in all my shoes) but they are unusually comfy. Wore all day shopping and they were so comfy. This is coming from someone who struggles to find any shoe I truly like.
