We have not installed the flooring yet. But I can tell you that it is very well made and high quality and appears to be a very easy task to install. But most important is the level of customer service you get when you contact the seller /manufacturer with questions. We had to contact them regarding the shipping process and they were super quick about getting back to us and very courteous. I ordered a sample of this to see if it would work for my kitchen. It seems very durable, and the color is a light honey wood tone with a little more yellow than I thought. I decided NOT to use this, but only because it is too thick. I have varying levels of subflooring in my house and wanted something thinner to make it more even. It seems very nice. I told my son he can keep the sample for a craft.

My mom and I installed this flooring together over a weekend with no prior experience. It's super easy and looks amazing. It feels very durable. I've gotten tons of compliments on how great my new floor looks. I definitely recommend this product. This would be an easy 5 star review if not for the shipping process. many of the planks arrived damaged, see pics. I was only lucky to have a contractor who was good enough to get around the issue, make a whole lot of extra cuts and spend a whole lot more time (which I paid for). The flooring is beautiful, looks fantastic. The 3 star review is only for the failure to properly ship the product. And after reading the countless other complaints of the same nature, the shipper should have figured this out a long time ago. You need to do a better job shipping your product.
