I bought a 36-plank pack and used half to complete the project. I'm renting and nothing can be permanent. A YouTube video recommended placing contact paper under laminate on the tile floor before installing. I had some old scraps of contact paper and it worked great. I messed up placing one tile down (after I had pretty much finished) and with a bit of force, it came up beautifully. I sealed around the tub and wall with a very light line of waterproof caulk and placed caulk strip tape around the toilet (I have little ones that miss sometimes). My kids love that that floor isn't cold anymore and love the color. It took me about 4 hours to complete. (only because my kids kept interrupting me). I used scissors and a utility knife on top of a cardboard box. It would have gone smoother with a laminate cutting tool. I am very happy with my results and would recommend it. ... show more

Wow, I’m obsessed with my new floors! I got the honey color and it is beautiful, with enough variation to be interesting but not so much that it looks rustic. I put this in my Tuff Shed office in our back yard. Easy for me to install, easy to cut, and sticks well to the subfloor. it’s really cheap which is a W but i used it on my van (as wall panels) and they don’t stick. I rated it a 4/5 because it looks really good on the floor and it’s super easy to install, unfortunately the glue on it is not the best.

I'm in love with this flooring! It was very easy to lay for 2 people with no carpentry skills! LOVE the color! However, it looked thicker in picture! I would highly recommend this product!

Second updated - this floor is crap. It kept coming up and I spent a lot of money on extra adhesive readhering all of the planks they just kept coming up and now they are also falling apart and chipping in many places. I’ve requested a warranty claim from the company, but have yet to hear back. I have to have the whole floor ripped up and a new one put in. I don’t recommend this product at all. Updated - I did have to go back and use adhesive to glue these down as all were coming up. I used liquid nails extreme temperature since it’s in a three season room. A few pieces did break when pulling up so it appears brittle when slightly cold. A few tiles also have some peeling of the top layer. Also, if you have to cut just a small section it is near impossible as it becomes brittle. My last row needed a few mm cut off lengthwise and I ruined several planks trying to get three planks cut right. We will see how it holds up over time but I’m very pleased with it given I wasn’t looking for a top end floor in a three season room. I’m just happy to have a low cost good looking floor I was able to do myself! This is color reclaimed. Arrived perfectly with no damaged pieces. I have no flooring experience and suck at cutting a straight line. Went down easily and is super easy to cut. I have one row left to cut a tad lengthwise and that took the longest before I left it for the day but that’s just lack of experience. I used a utility knife, t-square, rubber mallet, and rolling pin to press them down. Some were popping back up so it’d be good if you have a true roller. This is in a three season room which only had a bare subfloor which I cleaned and vacuumed. I did not use any extra adhesive for both time and in case I messed up I could pull them up easier. This is a great product for the price. This only cost me $170. ... show more

UPDATE: I changed my 4 star score to 3 starts, due to unreliable delivery. I made another order of this product and after one week, the order showed as 'undeliverable'... when I contacted the customer service, no explanation given, only refund processed. So I made another order (3rd time) and now in Fedex's tracking system shows that the customer created a label but the item was never provided to Fedex... I have been waiting for few days now. I don't know what to do as I need at least another box to finish the rest of my house.... ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I wish I knew about this product earlier, the transformation of my floor is incredible! I totally recommend it, is beautiful and easy to install. However, I ordered 10 boxes of 36 planks but only received 9 boxes of 36. The 10th box was a small version, with only 12 planks and all damaged. I contacted amazon on this and I was told to return this box, but it would be a huge hassle as it is a big item so I ended up not returning it... ... show more

I’m mildly handy but never installed any type of flooring. This stuff was so easy to work with. For some wild reason, the previous owner of my house put hideous carpet on the floors inside the closets. This flooring brought new life to them and made my wife very happy.
