I ordered a set and my wife ordered another set. Right after arrival of my set, my wife and I assemble the chair but found a cushion corner was smashed in. Looking at it it seemed like a cheap or thin plywood frame. In the picture you can notice the bending. We set that chair to the side and assembled the other no problem. The instructions could use more wording but I’ve understood picture books in the past and it can make sense. I emailed the seller about the cushion and hope to hear back about exchanging the cushion. Now my wife’s ordered set arrived and opening the box I found another cushion broken same areas, now found both front legs parts are also broke at the joints. This scares me due to the chairs are going to be moving around and I can’t have parts breaking under stress. I’m still considering returning both sets entirely and asking for a refund. Beautiful chairs but not worth them possibly breaking or the cushion wire wearing out after a few months. Needs better quality parts and instructions. ... show more

These are very nice looking, comfortable barstools. I underestimated the height I needed, so they are a little short for our kitchen bar counter, but we like them so well we decided to keep them. I might suggest to measure carefully, the height of this style seems to be the measure from the under surface of the seat to the floor. We really like the back support style. ... show more

    • The quality for durability is not there.
Please do not waste your money. These chairs are not sturdy and do not put together well for durability. Cheap and poor construction. The notches do not fit well into the slot before screwing in the screws. Once you screw in the screws it separates out further. It's more of a hassle to return once you put the chair together. I'm not going to take it apart and then try to send them back. I wasted my money and I should have known better. The chair is attractive though. But I need to sit in it more than I need to look at it. So sorry I made this purchase. These chairs will be broken in a few weeks and because the legs are wooden, there will be no way to reinforce them without the thin wood splitting. I wish I could give it zero stars. ... show more

    • Some screws strip out easily during assembly and they also quickly went out of stock
4 screws on the legs easily strip or break. Also bought 2 to make sure I like them (needed 6), as soon as the 2 arrived I went to order 4 more and they were already out of stock and they have no idea when they're getting more! What a waste of time and money. Never buy from this seller!!

Fast shipping. Padding on seat of chairs is cheap and I can already see wear on them after only two weeks. Cushions are getting smashed. Looks like I’ve been sitting on cushions for a year or two- not about a month. And the legs to the first chair need to be switched because they’re not even so the chair rocks. Supplier sent note saying to switch legs around during construction to remedy the problem. Just gotta take them back apart and put back together again. Hopefully it works. ... show more

These are adorable. Very elegant, cute, and classy. Even decent quality. And I'm actually impressed with how comfortable they are. My ONE qualm with this order was that they arrived a box that was practically shredded upon delivery. The box was ripped wide open, crushed, and falling apart to such a degree that my apartment company said they taped it back together just so I could get it up to my door. Luckily, the contents were undamaged but I feel like this was a luck of the draw that they weren't. I want to order another set but I'm hesitant. These could be a good buy for you but bear in mind that it might be a gamble whether or not the product is undamaged on arrival. The company clearly sends this by the cheapest shipping option. Quite easy to assemble. I was concerned about the height against my breakfast bar since they weren’t adjustable but it ended up being the perfect height. I had to do a DIY hack and add hot glue to the bottom of the left back leg on each side because they wobbled like crazy. Otherwise, great buy.

Great quality and price, I couldn't be happier, they are beautiful as well as comfortable, I bought the matching chairs to replace my wood ones but they did not have the same quality as the stools! the seats are stiff and made on the cheap even though they are from the same furniture company, but as for appearance they look very nice. The stools have a spring built into the seat with a nice thick cushion! Love them! ... show more
