I got these chairs as a gift. They look good, they're steady and easy to assemble. They only thing not included that you'll need is a Philips head screwdriver. I bought 4 altogether and when I was assembling the last chair ran into trouble with some misaligned holes. I contacted the seller who responded promptly with an easy fix. Apparently the legs were mislabeled and all I had to do was switch them. No more misaligned holes! If you're thinking about getting theses, rest assured, they're good quality. My pet peeve is customer service. I received these chairs and had simple instructions and very easy to assemble. Unfortunately I didn’t realize the wood slats were different sizes. I contacted the seller they responded immediately and said they would replace the pieces. Come to find out after contact with them I assembled wrong. The reason why I’m writing this is because the customer service was what it should be a quick response and eager to take care of the problem. I initially bought 2 stools. I received a damaged rung, I contacted the seller and within a few days I received a replacement. I loved them so much, I ordered 2 more. The stools are so sturdy and the cushioned seats are very comfortable. They were very easy to assemble.

Very disappointed in this purchase. Legs did not match up correctly. When trying to return the product , they asked me to give it as a gift to someone or a 12 percent discount. I paid 130 for these and would like to be refunded for something I clearly had no control over. Do NOT reccomend purchase.
