It’s a great helmet for the price point. It came today, haven’t been able to check out the ventilation yet. I wish it were Snell rated but I knew it wasn’t when I bought it. I originally ordered a large based off the size chart and had to return it for an XL which is still a bit tight but works. Thankfully I haven't had to test the protection of the helmet so I can't speak on that but the things I like are it's comfortable, doesn't fog on me so far, has a built in sunshade, and is easy to take on and off. The things I don't like are the sun shade doesn't come down far enough and leaves a gap. It reminds me of how bifocal glasses would be. If you look up or straight out you have the shade and right below is no shade. I wish it came down just a little bit more but others may like it. The other complaint is the noise. The helmet seems well built and tight fitting but can get pretty loud at anything above 20mph. I've only had 1 other helmet so idk if this is normal. I still am happy with my purchase.     • A little stuffy but perfect at everything functional

When I got it in the way the cushion pressed on my head I thought I made a big mistake buy this. After 2 weeks of use the cushion kind of molded to me. It is very comfortable now after breaking it in. It can get warm but my previous helmet didn't fit as snug. I feel this helmet is a littler hotter but is much safer. So I decided not to use my old yema helmet anymore. I do think the helmet could of been modified slightly with the vents to be cooler. On the opposite end I wore this at 40 degrees closed all the vents and used a gaiter to keep my neck covered. I was very comfortable. Air noise isn't horrible but still kind of loud. If weather allows, closing the vents helps a lot. The face shield will fog in changing temperatures. I got an pin lock insert and it is worth it. This helmet had the pin lock pins already so great. One year later: helmet his holding up good. Only downfall I see is the chin curtain is made of a fake leather which is cracking and tearing. It doesn't look like this part of the helmet is replaceable. I contacted LS2 directly and they sent me a replacement chin curtain ... show more

I Love LS2 helmets and this one looks great but the description needs to be fixed. The description says the Head Shape is Oval at the top section then at the bottom section says intermediate Oval. Getting the correct size or head shape is important because this one squeezed my head too much I found that I have a intermediate oval which is what I thought this helmet was but it's not but I still love it still have it and we'll still wear it because it's starting to shake to my head now and it doesn't squeeze as much but I have bought a new LS to helmet that is intermediate oval and better fits me. ... show more

I like the color & Comfort. If you measure your head & it is 24. It will say Large Get XL . One size larger , It is made in China & the people of china are smaller . I am not being Prejudice. It is a fact & they say this in their Clothing & other products from China. My nose almost touches , But remember your padding will give in two weeks . The chin seal fell out , Someone forgot to put Velcro return side . Not a big problem you have to put the Headset for intercom & Speakers . So you can fix. Wind above 60 mph. Little noise , But acceptable for price . If you want perfect Spend $200.00 To $400.00 It meets 80% of Recommended safety, But if you are racing $400.00 is what you have to spend I will probably buy another one in 4-5 years . It is Safe for Regular Driving City & Freeway . Not track. Good Product all around. P.S. Ventilate For Plastic Smell for 24 hr. outside . Remember if you size up 24 or 22 1/2 , Get Large instead of Med If you like a tight fit because the foam gives stay with Med. It will give But it will be very tight , If you want a little wiggle & you don't want your cheek's pushed up , Like a Chimp monk LOL Really No Joke . It is small The person who is 20" to 21 " Med ok 23" go largeIt will be close to your mouth. If using Microphone Get XLarge Or your breath will be herd. Like a Perv. The only thing I don't like about this helmet is there isn't a lot of room in front of your mouth. Helmet fogs easy in cool mornings and in traffic. The tinted inner visor is a lifesaver. Literally a game changer.
