Had a very hard time finding a half shell that didn’t make me look like Toad from Mario Kart. I had a non-DOT approved half shell that looked good, but served no protection purpose so I would never wear a helmet in general. I normally wear a size Medium helmet, but bought a size small and it fits good. Posting a picture of myself wearing it because it’s so hard finding pictures of people with half helmets on! I do Love the Helmet - there are Pros and Cons, The Pros in my opinion out-weigh the Cons. Cons - Runs Small - I read this on another review and decided to follow it and order a Medium rather than a Small - which I usually where. The medium fits as a small would - so be aware and buy accordingly. Well That's the only real con. Pros 1. Remarkably Light for the amount of padding in the helmet 2. Remarkably slim again for the amount of padding in the helmet 3. Only SLIGHTLY higher than my other helmet - but very very far from Mushroom Head you might hear people refer to. 4. Accepted my SENA Bluetooth 20s with ease and perfection. The speakers fit perfectly in the zip out pockets provided with the helmet. 5. While I don't plan on using the Visor it is nice to have 6. The inside of the helmet is quite comfortable 7. One of the greatest feature which I was glad this had (and why I tried it) is the ratcheting strap (my current helmet has it too) it is quick on and quick off. I personally do not like the D-Rings - the is the most amazing alternative. 8. The helmet is okay, but you've got to remember that helmets NOT REALLY made in the US will have size issues. NEVER had a problem with "hat size", inches, cm's or anything else. But this small would rotate on my head even strapped snug. I'm thinking about an extra small but for a safety product this return/exchange with Amazon has gotten to be too much of a hassle. They WILL NOT give me an option to just EXCHANGE for smaller size. I can "pick something else" (totally not wanted or needed from a "suggestion list"....what is THAT crap? So I get to refund and the refund will go toward a gift card (?????). Pain in the butt.Will be shopping locally(again) hoping this time I can find something, try it on, pay for it, & hit the road. ... show more

I took an XL for a 24 inch head measure. Fits good and I'm assuming the padding inside will soften in time. I purchased a white one and my wife says I look like a police officer. I take that as a compliment because I think their helmets fit nicely, no mushroom head. and white does not attract as much heat as black in the sunshine. I'm happy with my purchase. ... show more

My wife purchased the helmet for a Christmas gift. The size fits perfectly and the overall feel is superb. Unlike past buckles on helmets which have you slipping the fabric through a clip to tighten, this one has a spring loaded one sided grooved attached device. The buckle allows me to push the two sides together until its tight. The feature I really like is the quick release button that allows for easy removal of the helmet, not threading it through a buckle similar to a military buckle. The quick release does not seem to compromise safety of the helmet, but only time will tell. ... show more

I really, really , really liked this helmet. I just did not love it. I purchased mostly for the speaker pads and as good as this helmet was, it just did not love up to my expectations. I was able to hear my speakers good as long as I was not on the freeway. Once on the freeway I was just simply not able to enjoy my music. The speaker pads were way too low and I was not able to close the gap of the speaker pads and my ears as the wind from the highway was simply too overwhelming. Overall this helmet fit perfect, was light, and super comfortable, it just didn’t work for what I needed it for. I would definitely recommend for someone who’s not into having music while riding and would also suggest going with your regular size. ... show more

I wear a L/XL helmet...in every case so far. I checked the head measurements, and compared that with the list provided. The chart says between L and XL. I saw on the reviews it ran a little small, so I ordered XXL. It came today, and it will not come close to being large enough I will return this, and take the time to go try one on first.
