This helmet has some amazing features and integrated audio is the best of many I have used. Build quality is excellent and the functionality of the mechanisms are tight and reliable feeling. The carbon fiber exterior (I doubt the entire shell is CF) is attractive and the helmet is pretty light overall, considering it being modular and equipped with audio. The 40MM JBL speakers provide the best volume and sound quality I've ever had. The optical quality of the two shields is up there with the best. Two things to know: Sizing is very tight-buy a size bigger! 2nd, this helmet is rather difficult to actually get on your head but once on, is snug and comfy with no apparent pressure points. Other plusses: it comes with a helmet bag and another nice zippered transport bag. Also a spare tinted outer helmet shield.

Vendor exchanged no problems. Size is a bit small so had to exchange for next size. Only issue I have is chin strap is a bit of a challenge to connect especially with my long beard... I love that the shield can be changed in like 20 seconds. It pretty quiet as I have hearing aids and can just hear my music and of course my HD motor! I bought 1 for the Missus but we have not paired or tried the communication units. I'll probably update this review further at a later date.

Customer service was horrible. Tried to hold my return fund past a week after my return was received. Then tried to extend the return date. Horrible. Did not want to give my refund.

I was hoping this was the helmet, but unfortunately a 3XL just put too much pressure on forehead. There is very little padding. The pain was pretty immediate and lasted for a good 15 minutes after taking it off. Everything else about this helmet was super nice, bummed it didn’t fit. It was light weight and everything seemed to be good quality. My head measured 24”, so a 3XL being tight says a lot about sizing.

Excellent. Received item 5 days early, with extra bluetooth replacements and a dark shade and pin lock. Fits shug as a bug. Bluetooth works great. A little heavier than my Schuberth, will enjoy the modularity of this helmet and looking forward to many rides and travel locations with it. Thank you again. My cheek pads kept coming out of the connectors, user error I feel that I didn’t push them in till they clicked to make sure they were all the way in.

You definitely need to order one size larger, I did and it was still difficult to put on. After struggling to get the helmet on the tightness was around the check and neck area. Taking the helmet off felt like removing my ears. I contacted Black Hills Moto, talked with customer service Matt and Jobina who provided a solution to my problem. They shipped me a one-size larger check pad which solved my issue. The 3xL check pads fit perfectly in the 2xL helmet. Great product and customer service.
