This plate works awesome. I used it on a gen 4 LS for my truck. It made getting the motor in and out really easy and was incredible stable for it. A great plate. The only downfall was that the plate didn't cover the whole galley so I had to tape off a section to keep it sealed so dirt/dust/grime wasn't getting into the motor during the install process.
