Works perfectly. Just had to rewire connector. It came with a male side and needed a female. A little work to cut and rewire to the old connector on the old compressor I took out and I was done.

    • Not Working after 4 months, asking for replacement. But they did honor the warranty.

Installed it, ran OK for a short bit. Started getting fault codes again after a week. Got worse and worse and now it doesn't work. Pressure test 0 PSI. This supplier says it has a 2 year warranty, but after reading other reviews I have a feeling getting them to replace it will be difficult. I hope they prove me wrong. Asking them to replace mid April 2019, lets see what happens. Will update review if replaced or if left hanging. Update 4/19/19: the company replied within hours asking for more details, photos, video and serial number. I just sent them more details and a photo of the serial number. Will update as this progresses. Update 4/24/19 After a few emails back and forth, the company has been very responsive. At their suggestion I ordered another pump from them to speed up the process after they would refund the new one to cover the warranty. I have the new pump, They design is better, the build is better, quieter, more powerful. So far so good. So from one star to 4 stars. If anything changes I will update here, but so far I am impressed with the company. ... show more

The description is incorrect. This has a six pin adapter that direct connects to your Range Rover harness and DOES direct replace the hitachi oem compressor. You will need to reprogram your Range Rover at the dealership or with a IID tool to have it adjust to the lower amp draw and lower required PSI settings Land Rover developed when they introduced the AMK compressors. You will leave the hose in the valve body (after you quick disconnect it from the blue/lower quick connect on the hitachi compressor) and just utilize the built in quick connect in the new compressor. There is a great Arnott video on YouTube showing all this but they (Arnott) include a hose to connect the valve body whereas this one does not. I will update over time but after install it works perfectly. Remember to check all your EAS fuses while investigating this. ... show more

Everything you have read about this compressor in the reviews is true , The unit stopped working after only a few weeks , My vehicle failed to raise and has caused damage to my tires. The compressor does not have any power and shorts out the 60Amp fuse in the rear fuse panel . I bought the warranty however they (ASURION) only refer you to the manufacturer . There are obvious issues with this product working with the Range Rover . I thought I would give it a try and that was a huge mistake that I hope others will listen to and believe that this compressor pump although it looks like the original and is fairly priced is in fact JUNK . The review speak for themselves . Please do not purchase this Compressor it will not fix your issue and will cause you only more problems ... show more

Fitted perfectly fine to my 2005 LR3 and pumped up the system quietly and without any leaks. This is neither a Dunlop or Hitachi compressor which are the OEM brand. However the pump that was fitted in the car was a real dunlop with date stamp 2016 and was fitted by the previous owner. So much for the Dunlop quality compressor, the electric motor had seized. Swapping the compressor is a quick job and for $200+ you might as well factor in a new compressor every 3-4 years. The LR3 is much criticized for being unreliable, but most of the time it are the same things that go wrong and with a bit of automotive experience these cars are fairly cheap to keep going. And they are sublimely comfortable and cheap to buy (on the US used market). ... show more

El motor eléctrico del compresor no funciona, coloco el viejo que no me daba presión y funciona el motor. El nuevo ha durado 1 semana! Devolución realizada a Amazon, puesto que no da opción de reposición, espero que no digan que por haber estado instalado ya no cubre garantía o devolución. Continúo con mi Discovery III sin poder andar, a la espera de un nuevo repuesto. ... show more

I was sceptical but decided to try this pump. I installed it after getting the fault message and yellow light from factory pump. it has been working fine for 3 months now and I have a slow leak in one of the valve blocks, takes a week or so to completely air down. This pump has been able to keep the suspension working great with no codes and it doesn't run excessively to air up suspension when vehicle is started. I have purchased a rebuild kit for my factory pump so I have a backup. I recommend doing this as well for piece of mind. ... show more
