So, where other "normal" level smell ones stick to clothes and are not easily contained, this one is. If you have a super sensitive nose, NOT for you. But if you can handle a strong smell in a ventilated room, then this one works. I can absolutely tell the difference between this low-odor and a normal, but that is NOT to say it still isn't STRONG. As for the product itself, sets in about 30-45 seconds, is completely cured in about 2-5 (temperature variation). I’ve been using this monomer for a few weeks and I’m very happy with the results. The odor is much milder than other brands, and it works smoothly with acrylic powder. It dries well, doesn’t yellow, and is perfect for both beginners and professionals.

So I’ve tried a few of the acrylic powders by this brand and decided to try the monomer too since I’m a beginner and have been struggling with the acrylic application which has been a real struggle. So far, this monomer has made it a lot easier to work with and my nails have been coming out better. It can be used with other acrylic powders which is great. The smell is the standard monomer smell but it’s not overbearing. If u use a dappen dish with a lid it should be better than using one without. The bottle size is fairly big which is awesome. I’m hoping to be able to have a chance to try this brand’s kolinsky acrylic brush since I’m struggling with finding a brush that works best for me and what size I like. Hopefully I’ll get a chance to see if their brush is as good as their powders/monomer.. So far, no yellowing so that’s a plus as well. My nails come out looking nicer than they ever have so far. The monomer makes it easy to work with the powder and when picking up a bead, the consistency is easy and nice to work with. Just make sure your area isn’t too hot since that will affect the product. I have used all of this before leaving a review. I got roughly 15 acrylic sets of different lengths, mind you I was learning how to do acrylics so if you know what your doing you will get more out of it. Personally it dries on the slower side, I really liked that in the beginning but now it's driving me crazy. The odor!!!! The odor is absolutely horrible, I had a headache the first 3 days, and my sinuses have been going nuts ever since using this product, it is not low oder and yes I compared to other monomers. If you are learning it's a great product, however the price to me is a little pricey for learning so it's a toss up. If the smell wasn't so strong I would buy it again. ... show more

If you're a beginner or just a nail tech that likes to not struggle with runny beads this is your best option! This has been holy grail for me! Its low odor, that doesn't mean no odor.
