I love to write reviews when something is incredible but I also kinda like reviews when an item is average to let ppl know what to look for & make their own decisions. Here goes:: This purse is beyond words. I see why all the reviews are beyond great. 1st of all God led me to this purse. I was gonna look for one a bit bigger than my prior one & 9 times out of 10 I have to hunt & hunt thru hundreds of purses & sometimes I hit on 1 or 2 affordable ones & sometimes not. So about 4-6 purses go by & bam just like that there it was. I fell in love w/this purse & of course the price. So I started checking it out & the reviews of course & there wasn't 1 derogatory review not even an average review. It was incredible. So I was elated after that so I checked into more of this great purse. The measurements are perfect it's not overpowering it's absolutely perfect (I pray it stays that way) & the color is richer in person (which I love) & it doesn't show the markings on here which I'm so so glad it doesn't (a preferance & the markings wouldn't take away from it that's just my preferance) so I'm happy. The personal pic.s on here show the exact look of the brown purse so be sure to look @ those for a better visual of it (glad those are on there) so that's awesome too. The zippers work great (my prior purse the main zipper kept catching which needs to be rectified by the co) every zipper works great. Like one of the pic.s shows of the front zipper pocket a medicine bottle in it well that's what I'm using 1 side for & the other side is for my keys. The inside of those 2 pockets don't go all the way thru which is great so u won't lose whatever u put in there & I love that too. The hardware on here for the buckles & straps & crossbody strap are a dark chrome giving it some class. Way cool. It's deep inside & another selling point for me is the middle divider pocket (wish they were all this way cause it's a great feature) it goes from end to end but it's closer to the back of the purse not directly in the middle which is fantastic cause it gives u a space in-between the divider pocket & the back of the purse where there's a pocket there too. I had a canvas bag that was that way & I've loved it ever sense. It's a great way to design that feature. I put my phone in that space & it don't fall around inside & I can get to it fast when need be. The back of the purse pocket on the outside isn't real deep or wide for a phone unless u have a small one so I use it for papers so it works fine. I don't put anything in the small front 2 flat pockets cause they're too tight which is fine by me. I absolutely adore this purse. It's like a solid buttercream that stands on its own. The straps are solid the hardware is solid everything about this was made w/great care & competence by a co. It was shipped w/paper inside to hold it's shape the hardware was wrapped to protect it the bag came w/a drawstring bag to store if not using but I'll be using it but just saying. I had it sent 1-2 days delivery & it came right on time w/no issues. I'm more than happy w/it & if this is what you're looking for that affordable get it. U really won't be dissappointed @ all. The lining is a bit different tho than the co.s pictures it's a crinkly satiny type but not bad really cause it keeps the lining from getting in the zipper if u get in a hurry but it doesn't look like that'll happen (just saying) & all & all this is a great purse. I'm tired of getting purses just to be dissappointed so I've kept a couple like my cross purses (those are beautiful) & given to Goodwill my others. Order if it's what you've been hunting for u will be happy & now an update:::: Well I've had this purse for I think a mo @ least (give or take) & I wanted to update & add some extra stuff. It's still a sturdy & soft purse but the bottom sides in the corner edges don't have any support which causes the bottom cornered parts to collapse. It's a hindrance for me (my choice) but may not bother anyone else (everyone is different) but I wanted to point that out. Buy @ you're own discretion. I don't recommend it anymore. I thought I could tolerate it but I can't (again it's just me) so I'm going back to my prior stable purse ... show more

My one complaint is that mine did not come with the shoulder strap, and when I contacted customer service, they told me they do not ship out accessories separately - even if it didn't come with it. I bought the brown on brown medium sized tote. It's very roomy with lots of pockets, nicely made. It's a bit stiffer than I thought it would be, I was hoping for a softer more relaxed leather feel, but am hoping it will relax with use. I don't think I will use the attached shoulder strap as it's very stiff and quite annoying once attached. But the handles are nice. ... show more

This tote is exactly what I was looking for! Lots of room and compartments for everything I need to carry from a simple billfold to 8x10 envelopes full of paperwork. I put my keys in the inside zipper compartment, private items in the front zipper compartment, checkbooks, combs, and you name it! It is made so well - quality material and strong. The perfect size! It is so hard to find something large enough for daily needs, yet not a giant work tote. I have liked many of Lovevook's designs, only to be disappointed that they are so big a 15" laptop could fit in them. Hoping for more in this size range that are tote bags! I never buy purses online but took a chance. My daughter-in-law loves tote style bags for personal and baby stuff but they are just a big collapsible mess.
