Perfect bag for a teacher
Size: 15.6-Inch
Color: Grey
I bought this bag because I needed something to carry all of my stuff when I substitute teach but I didn’t want a typical backpack. This bag is great. It has lots of pockets to organize everything. It is also very stylish, I got the grey one, which reminds me of a men’s business suit. It has black st
raps and faux gold zippers. It feels well made. The large compartment has sturdy metal bars sewn into the seam along the zipper meant to hold the compartment open. They do work but there isn’t a corresponding frame at the bottom of the bag to allow it to stand upright without toppling over; you have to put something heavy enough in the bottom to do the job. The zipper extends beyond the edges of the opening and has nice sturdy tabs covering the ends. I suppose this is to accommodate opening the bag to its widest without being impeded by the zipper. Inside it has 2 padded pockets in the back. One fits my 15” HP laptop, the other my 10” iPad with its Otterbox hard shell case. On the front side, there is a large zipper pocket near the top that is almost as deep and wide as the compartment. Below that are 4 open pockets, 2 pen pockets in the middle and a pocket on either side big enough for a couple of granola bars or 2 travel size bottles of aspirin or Tylenol each. At the bottom on either side is an elastic edged pocket, deep enough to hold a bottle of water or a travel size umbrella. There is also a small zippered slit at the top with an usb cord inside; it is meant to hold a battery pack (not included) so you can plug your phone into the usb jack on the outside of the bag. The main compartment is large enough to hold several folders or a couple of 1” notebooks, along with the above mentioned items. I usually carry several folders, a library book, and a small knitting bag. The only thing I wish it had was a couple of sturdy loops to attach a D-ring for my keys and ID badge when I’m not using them. However, the multiple extra pockets make up for it. This bag comes in 3 sizes, which refer to the size laptop that can fit in the internal laptop pocket. I bought the 15.6” version of this bag, it’s the perfect size for lugging all my stuff back and forth to school. If you want a more purse size bag big enough for an iPad or small chrome book, I’d go with the 14” bag. If you have a full size 17” laptop or want a school bag with more capacity for books, I’d go with the 17” version. As far as I can tell, every size has the same # and types of pockets, only the dimensions are different. On the outside of the main bag, there are 2 carry handles with a small black strap with a snap so the handles can be secured together, traditional backpack straps, and a thick nylon strap across the back so it can be slid over the handle of a rolling suitcase for traveling. On one side is the usb charging port. Both sides have a pleated open pocket with a wide elastic strap. Both expand enough to hold a large water bottle but the elastic and pleats keep them folded flat against the bag when not in use. I added a 3” D-ring to one of the elastic straps for easy access to my keys. When on your back, the left pocket has the usb jack above it. The right pocket has a hidden slit so that you can access a travel size box of tissues without having to take them out of the pocket. On the back, above the luggage strap is a “anti-theft” pocket with an ~4 1/2” zipper and as deep as the length of my hand, fingertip to wrist. The description says it is meant to keep your valuables safe and allow you to easily charge your phone while keeping it secure. I suppose it would be more difficult for a pickpocket to access when the backpack is on your back without you realizing. However, the bright faux gold zipper isn’t exactly discreet and there is no direct access from this pocket to the usb cord or the external usb jack, which is right next to it, without leaving the zipper partly open. I’d rather put my phone in the water bottle pocket while charging, at least gravity will keep it there even if the charging cord gets snagged on something. I also think the internal zippered pocket would be the best one for valuables since it requires the most work to access. I recommend redesigning the “anti-theft” pocket with a hidden zipper and internal access to the usb jack. On the front of the bag are 3 zipper pockets. The top one is just below the handle attachments. It has a 9 1/2” opening and goes to the bottom of the bag. The zipper is covered, making this pocket fairly discreet but not completely hidden. It has no internal pockets. The 2nd zipper pocket is ~10 1/2” wide and ~8 1/2” tall with ~1 1/2” gusset to give it extra depth. It has a large gold zipper that opens from ~2 1/2” from the bottom across the top and down the other side. This pocket would be the ideal place to add a couple of sturdy loops to clip your keys, ID badge, etc to for easy access while remaining hidden and secure. Inside are 2 open pockets in the back and a large mesh elastic pocket in the front. This pocket is ideal for items that you want easy access to but might get lost in the large compartment, like a hairbrush, lipstick, face mask, reading glasses etc. The smallest pocket is on the front of the large gusseted pocket. It has an ~9” zipper hidden by a flap, the same as the upper pocket and it is as deep as the gusseted pocket. There are no internal pockets but there is padding between the lining of this pocket and that of the gusseted pocket and the lining plus the outer shell material makes it feel well padded. It is ideal for large flat items like your phone (as long as you don’t have a habit of dropping the bag on the floor) or a small notebook. Overall, I am really happy with this bag. I love all the pockets and it has plenty of space. It’s a little big for an everyday purse but perfect for work/school. I really like the color options which make it more stylish and business like than a typical school or outdoor backpack. I could see a business professional using this bag and I don’t feel like I’d be mistaken for a student from behind. I even bought a somewhat matching lunch bag that I attach to the carry handles in the morning (with a 3” D-ring) and can fold flat to store in the large compartment when not in use. Really my only 2 recommendations to make this bag absolutely perfect is a redesign of the “anti-theft” pocket to make it more secure especially when using it to charge your phone and a couple of sturdy loops to attach D-rings as noted above. Actually, moving the usb jack to the inside of the main compartment with internal access to the “anti-theft” pocket or an additional phone size pocket near it (maybe on the side above the bottom elastic pocket) would allow you to charge your phone, laptop, or iPad while they are inside their pockets and all the zippers are closed.

I needed a backpack for my first year of college. I can hold a lot in it like 6 notebooks, my lunch my water bottle, phone, money, computer etc. and it isn't heavy and all. It has think straps which makes it feel better with the padding so it doesn't hurt my shoulders like other backpacks. Really do
recommend especially if your gonna be walking from class to class and you don't want something heavy and also it has a charger for the phone which is a must have for my phone to keep charging for the day since I start school from 8:30 am -5;15 pm

Preferred Bag of Arizona Medical Staff Professionals (MSPs)
Size: 17-Inch
Color: Dark Purple
I heard about this bag on the Credentialing Collaboration Group on Facebook. I reviewed it and bought the 17inch bag a week ago. I am a Director of Medical Staff Services for a 5 facility health network and travel between facilities often. I needed a bag that could accommodate my needs and not be bul
ky or too heavy. Obviously I am not the only MSP who loves this bag...there were 6 or 7 attendees at the Arizona Association of Medical Staff Services AAMSS who have this bag as well. We showed it off before lunch and several members ordered there's then and there. So of course we had to include them in our conference photo!!! We hope the Lovevook will reach out and sponsor our next conference and be a vendor as well!! Michelle R. - AAMSS Education Chair

After debating whether or not to get the 15 or 17in, I went ahead and got the smaller 15in and I’m glad I did. This bag is much bigger than expected and has so much room. I am a teacher who needs a lot of space for my laptop and thick curriculum books. I can put what I need and have room for so much
more. There’s 2 compartments in the front. One of the 2 front compartments have smaller sections for phone, pens or whatever. There are compartments on each side of the bag that stretch so you can put your iced coffee on one side and water on the other side. The back pack straps are comfy and durable. I love this bag!

10/10 recommend. The traveling teacher.
Size: 15.6-Inch
Color: Pink Polka
As a teacher, I was used to having everything at my finger tips in my classroom. However, as time changes, and I am now a teacher who joins rooms rather than having my own... A backpack seemed like the most logical means for keeping everything together while I traveled. The bag is great quality. Extr
emely cute. The charger support is a great support for my phone as well as my laptop, and the pockets for everything are extremely helpful to keep organized. I will say one 'meh' was the front pocket. It only has one zipper so it closes completely tonome side... If you have the pocket full or not exactly put together... Things are likely to fall.out as you open it. It DOES have organized pockets in the front pocket... But we're all human... And I definitely have shoved things in to move to the next thing. Other than that... 10/10 recommend!

Love it. Wished it smelled better.
Size: 17-Inch

I love this book bag. I bought it for nursing school and it has so many pockets and the design is great. I received it and was slightly put off by the smell though. It's not a chemical scent, it's just very weird and i find it very unpleasant. I let it air out for a month or longer and it still faint
ly smells funny. (The smell has lessened over time but I still occasionally get a faint scent of it here and there.) I'd give it 5 stars for sure if there was no smell, because honestly it's my favorite book bag and it makes organizing so easy. I'm nearly a month into actively using it and it seems to be holding up well so far.

Most amazing travel bag ever!
Size: 15.6-Inch
Color: Black
This bag is AMAZING!! I looove it! It has pockets on pockets on pockets! It’s great for traveling because it’s the perfect size for a “personal item” on an airplane (I’ve used it with several different airlines), but it can hold an incredible amount of stuff. It fit my laptop, camera bag, AND my purs
e all at once. On another trip, I fit a week’s worth of clothes in it, plus miscellaneous essentials. It’s really sturdy and hasn’t threatened to tear even when I’ve packed things tightly inside. The luggage strap on the back makes it easy to put on a carry on, plus the backpack straps are thick and comfy. I can’t say enough good things about this bag. It’s amazing and I’m so glad I bought it. It’s made traveling so much easier!

Love love love this bag. I have had the bag for almost 2 years and used it as my flight carry-on for many trips. It fits my laptop well and safely. I am a big pocket lover and this supports that. It has many zipper pockets and then sections in the zippered areas as well. The top opening has a bit of
a square frame to it. That has shown to be quite sturdy as it has been squished and bumped around often with no damage. I am able to fit everything I need and more in the main bag portion as it is very spacious. Only thing I often think about altering is one of the outer side pockets. It is clearly meant to serve the purpose of a diaper bag and therefore has an open flap in the pocket for baby wipes. I have always wanted to sew that opening up in order to have another pocket for a water bottle. However, there are 2 pockets inside the main opening that would hold bottles as well so it is not like the bag is lacking. It is cute, stylish and everything I need!

I bought this book bag last year....the all gray one. I absolutely LOVE it, and use it for work travel, and leisure travel. It has rained and my computer did not get wet. The inside has plenty of pockets- one for my 16 in mac book pro, inner side pockets to hold my computer accessories, and plenty of
room for books or folders. It has two outside side pockets to hold drinks, a thermal coffee cup, small umbrella or whatever. There are 3 outside front compartments as well. A friend of mine bought one to use as a diaper bag. I wish I had realized they came with an extra pouch, as I would have gotten that! If this bag ever gets damaged, I will purchase another one. I do with they made these exact bags in a rolling version...my shoulder sometimes has marks on them because I carry so much stuff in in it.

Light weight and fit everything I needed.
Size: 15.6-Inch

I was travelling abroad and needed to carry items for myself and my grandson. It fit everything. The multiple pockets made it easy to organize. I hope it last a long time. I love this backpack. I am not very tall or strong so I cannot use those big and heavy backpacks. This was perfect for us.

I use my backpack as a daily bag like a purse. It goes everywhere with me. This bag had a lot of great pockets and places for all my stuff. The shoulder pads / straps are not very ergonomic, and the bag tends to slouch down in the front when full. The front square zipper pocket will give away your it
ems if you neglect to zip it back up before venturing to your next destination. It ultimately failed after almost 7 months (210 days) of use. One of the metal wires that gives the main zipper pouch it’s shape poked a hole through the side, similar to a wire sticking out of a bra. In the end this bag cost me about $0.25 cents a day to use so…. Moving on to the next one. Trying a Yeti 27L this time. I would be happy if that one also cost me 0.25 cents a day to use, though it will need to last me 920 days to get the same value.

I am very picky about my backpacks. I usually have a lot of stuff to carry to work or school every day, including my laptop. So I needed one that was very roomy and also sturdy enough to hold up every day. I’m very happy with this backpack. It’s stylish, it’s quite roomy, it’s got a lot of pockets, i
t easily fits my 15-inch laptop, it’s good quality. It seems like it will last me a while. I haven’t used the other features, like the USB charger, but I think that can be useful when I travel. I really like that it has many different zippered pockets of different sizes, inside and out. Also the pockets on the sides, one of them I use for my water bottle. I can fit everything I need for my everyday workday in this backpack.

I'm a private duty nurse and i go to school with my patient. I dont want to carry a work bag, a purse and my lunch box so i move my purse items to my work bag for the week; my wallet, period items, travel meds. But then i also have job items like stethoscope, gloves, tablet for charting, etc. I also
pack extra stuff like a notebook and various pens, occasionally cough drops or other cold items, fidgets because I work in a special needs classroom. I bring my planner everyday and sometimes i bring my laptop as well, sometimes i bring a book read, all of this fits really well. Ive tried other bags, including a jansport big student backpack but that was almost too big. I have a thirty one backpack that was great but didnt have enough pockets. This one is amazing. I can organize things into all the pockets and was able to reduce the amount of smaller organizey pouches i was carrying. I've reduced the amount of senseless stuff i was taking everyday but i have jammed a lot of other stuff in it going from work to daycare to pick up my son to stores and home and it never felt 'big', it retained its comfortable size while still closing and fitting everything. I only have a few minor, picky, dislikes: I wish both side pockets had the tissue type slot. When the bag is on my back i prefer to have my water bottle in the right side because when i set my bag on the passenger seat in the car i like it facing that way and can easily grab my water or easily reach inside the bag, but thats the pocket with the tissue slot. Just a nit picky preference thing. The stitching and attachment of the top handles, on the body side, are a little thick and occasionally i feel it against my back, but it seems to depend on what bra or shirt I'm wearing. I also prefer to clip my keys on the shoulder strap, so that they fall at my hip-ish area and i can reach them easily. The straps seem a bit shorter than most backpacks but we put a D ring on the strap for my convenience. It also took a few days for the bag to break in a little bit, enough for it to sit up right, it kept falling forward. It would be great if it had some kind of flat stiff bottom piece inside, even if it was something that attached to one side in the bag, or could be separate but included, and was pushed down into place, if that makes sense, to help keep the shape and provide stability of the bottom. These are just small nit picky things that i think would make the bag phenomenal. Other wise its the best work bag I've tried, and the size is also nice if you wanted to use it for an everyday bag.
