LOVE this suitcase! It is slightly smaller than a lot of carry-on bags, but I really love the look and it’s super hardy made of mostly canvas. The wheels did a great job and really roll very effortlessly.Took this on a month long trip in Europe and used it on many trains. The super sturdy handles came in very handy when getting on and off the trains. It has some great organizational pockets in the front and the interior compartment was fairly roomy. I usually will do laundry midway through my trip as I don’t like to take large bags with me as they become cumbersome when traveling from place to place. This bag really fit the bill and I was able to purchase a travel backpack that matched it from the same company. It’s hard to know what you’re going get sometimes when ordering online, but I could not recommend this suitcase highly enough!

Review for Lovevook Travel Bag The Lovevook travel bag is reasonably well-made, with quality materials and thoughtful design that make it functional and stylish. The spacious compartments and sleek appearance make it appealing for travel or daily use. However, I encountered a major issue with the locking mechanism on the secure compartment. The default code for the lock was inside the locked compartment itself, which rendered it inaccessible. This led to a frustrating experience, as I had to search online to figure out how to reset the lock and open the compartment. A simple solution would have been to include a QR code with setup instructions or place the directions in one of the open compartments. For a travel bag aimed at convenience and security, such an oversight diminishes the overall user experience. While the bag has potential, addressing this design flaw would significantly improve its usability. If you’re considering this bag, keep in mind the potential hassle with the lock and be prepared to look up instructions online.

This bag measures 21x13.5x9 and meets my need for a 22x14x9 bag. It's a nice bag and the wheels roll well. The zippers are all plastic except the main compartment is metal for the TSA lock. The organizer pockets on front are a nice touch and don't add much bulk to front of bag and the large laptop computer sleeve is a great feature. There is a good sized wet pouch in the inside cover of the bag too. I am not a frequent flier and expect this bag to last me a long time.

Love the suitcase...well made & great looking. Used it twice. First time - all was good. The second time I used it, after flying from Miami to Barcelona the built in lock would not open. To access my belongings, the hotel maintenance staff had to cut the zipper pulls. The suitcase is no longer lockable. When I reached out to Lovevook, this was their response: Regarding the cause of the lock malfunction you mentioned, we would like to share the following details: The combination lock of this luggage is a pure mechanical structure, and the engagement logic of its password gears is fixed. Without external interference, physical pressure, or impact, the set password will not shift on its own, nor will the issue of "correct password but inability to unlock" occur. The fact that you were able to unlock it with the password 126 during your previous trip indicates that the product was functioning properly. The subsequent abnormality is most likely due to gear misalignment caused by external forces acting on the lock body during transportation or carrying. It’s worth noting that while we are committed to providing consumers with the most reliable products, any precision machinery has a minimal probability of such abnormalities when subjected to external impacts. This is indeed an occasional situation that neither of us could have anticipated in advance. We have conducted a special assessment of your refund request based on the actual circumstances: Your luggage has been in use for a period of time and is beyond the return and replacement period. All components except the lock are functioning normally. Considering your travel experience, we have specially applied for a 50% special compensation of the product price, which is $35. The suitcase will now be used for storage.
