Good bag for roll aboard on a plane, but it's small. I took a bunch of pictures to compare the size to a carry-on size rolling bag I already had from American Tourister. You can see that this bag (black) is much smaller than my other one. Outer pocket is a flat outer pocket that zips horizontal across the front of the bag. This has a little bit of give (the front of the material has extra fabric so it can stick out) and you could fit a book or something in there...not just flat papers. The next zipper has a spot where it looks like it's meant to fit a laptop. Personally I carry my laptop in a shoulder bag, but it could be useful if that's what you like to do. That pocket isn't very wide. If you overstuff it you're not going to be able to zipper it closed. The inside is small, but has a clear plastic compartment for someone wet on the top flap and straps to hold down items inside. Note that this bag is not expandable. See my last picture where I show the ability to open the zipper to expand the main body of the suitcase. This black bag does not have this function. Just pointing out since this may be an important criteria for some. This bag will lay down flat/open to pack it, but for some reason I had to manually rotate wheels so it was flat to do that. On my other bag I've never had that problem. So...overall this us a bag with a lot of good features (it does have a TSA lock too). For me, it's a bit small compared to what I prefer in a carry-on size rollaboard. But on a weekend trip that likely won't be a problem.

I just got it, so I can't review its durability yet. However, I've tried all the zippers and rolled it around all over the house (on tile, hardwood, carpet, vinyl) and it rolls smoothly. It took me a long time to find a carry-on that checked all of my boxes for dimensions, weight, front lid open, spinners, laptop compartment, etc. I'm excited to put it to the test on my next trip.

Low price for a wonderful set of luggage. I was going to return the luggage because they were a bit smaller than most other luggage. However, we kept them for a 3 wk trip to old Europe. We took the medium, small, and handbag size on the trip. All of them worked like champs. They were easy to maneuver as the handles and wheels felt really solid over the cobblestone streets. The handbag went right over either piece of luggage to make it an easy ride. I would recommend them. Why did you pick this product vs others?: The price was excellent. Ease of use: All of them rolled really well. And they store easily. Build quality: Hard Plastic, but seems to hold up well. Zipper quality: Excellent
