They inflate and twist just as a twisting balloon should. I've done three , only pictured two . I used a cheap pump for the first one and it was hard but it was the pump. Once I used a good hand pump they inflated within 2-3 secs and twisted these two dogs in under two minutes no issues. I have a party I'm twisting at on a couple weeks and if they give me trouble I will update my review ... show more

Had a few problems with some of them popping before being fully pumped up - they are LOUD so beware. It's a bummer because now we don't pump them all the way to be safe, but if your creation doesn't need a boingy tail of sorts it's a little out of place. Other than that, great solid colors. I also use them to tie balloon garland to arches because they're so stretchy and make it easier to adjust and add balloons here and there! ... show more

I really don't understand the negative reviews of these balloons. I not a professional or anything, but I enjoy making balloon animals for my kids and their friends and after trying (and being very disappointed by) cheap balloons one time, I started ordering only Qualatex, despite the high cost. Luckily, I was able to order these for free through Amazon Vine and figured it'd be worth trying. When I recieved the balloons, I was not impressed with the packaging. These come vacuum sealed, laid flat, with two sheets of eye stickers (the stickers being a nice touch). I didn't care for the fact that the package needed to be cut open and the bag can't really be reused. Anyway, once I got to the balloons, I stretched one out and pumped it up. No problems. The balloon felt very similar to the Qualatex balloons I'm familiar with. The quality does seem a hair cheaper, but really quite close. I twisted a dog without issue. I proceeded to filled three more balloons and started twisting different animals. Everything twisted fine and I only had one pop while making a bear, but even with Qualatex, I sometimes have balloons pop when making a bear due to the design. These are a bit cheaper feeling than Qualatex, but not by much. Given the price difference, when I run out of balloons, I'll likely order more of these. Note: as mentioned above, I recieved these balloons for free. But even though it was free, this is a completely honest review. I write many reviews of free products and as you can see by clicking on my name, I've rated free products 5 stars and just 1. This review reflects my honest opinion. ... show more

I love how large this pack of 260s is and with so many different colors! The balloons are easy to inflate, stretchy, and easy to twist and make balloon animals out of. They are also great for using to tie balloons to each other for garlands and such. I never had any problems with them breaking or popping while using them. ... show more

I always wanted to try this. Now that I have kids I found myself at every party waiting in line for an animal balloon. The set comes with 150 balloons in 17 different colors. Its much easier than I thought it will be. Just find a YouTube video and you will become an expert in no time. The quality of the balloon seems ok. Some of them explode but considering its my first time and I am mistreating them, its something to be expected. My kids love that they can ask for balloon figures in their own home.
