Edit: Customer service made things right. I won't change what I said about the product, but their support staff did do right by me. That's worth mentioning. This will be short and sweet. Only works for those who don't even last 1 minute. This feels no different than having your phone vibrate in your pocket. First impression: I found what I was looking for. I am especially interested in a hands-free device. So far this is exactly what I wanted. I charged it then brought it into the shower with me to see what I could do. The straps took a little bit of investigating but once I got them right, I was able to start using the device. In the shower I didn't use the app, only used a setting that felt like it would "get me there." I am into teasing, edging and denial, so I never intended to climax with this on but I definitely could have, very quickly. I edged twice then finished my shower. After I got out of the shower I fired up the app. It connected immediately with the device and I experimented with the various controls and settings. I edged once more. By then, with all of the fidgeting in the shower, the battery was almost dead so I put it back on the charger until another convenient time. That convenient time came very quickly, I was VERY interested in giving this a longer test. This is not something you can wear out in public while wearing normal clothes. It is too bulky to wear under snug pants, would be way too obvious. But I put it on under my clothes and headed to my home office, where I proceeded to experiment with available patterns from the cloud. I decided to use a pattern that is 51 minutes long. This is heaven! The pattern is a great tease, climbing then descending just at the right moments. I'm about halfway into it right now, haven't had to stop yet but I've got the app nearby in case I feel like I'll go too far. LOVE IT! As far as "hands-free" is concerned, I was able to finally get it right in the shower, so that I could go about my cleaning routine without having to keep a hand on the device. It took several tries but once it was right, it was RIGHT! I loved not having use my hands. Such a much better experience (for me). My suggestion would be to start with the bands tighter than you would think they would need to be. They are stretchy and they really need to be snug if you hope to keep it in place hands-free. Careful about pinching, I can definitely see how that can happen. I'm a little bit disappointed with the volume level. We have a person temporarily sharing our house who has incredibly sensitive hearing, and I'd be afraid to use this even with our bedroom door closed with him in the house unless I was sure he was safely in his own room. But I'll sacrifice the volume problem for the intensity of the vibrations. Very effective! Overall very excited about this purchase, hopefully it will have longevity. Very well made, very comfortable once in place. I downgraded one star for the bands, but ultimately the device is a 5+ for me once I get it on just right. Can't wait to get my wife involved with controlling the app, I'm hoping she'll drive me insane. UPDATE: After nearly a week, I am obsessed with this. I am still very happy with this purchase. And happily, my spouse has become interested in controlling it remotely. I wanted to add that my original review indicated that the straps that come with the device need to be a little more snug than you would expect, to properly keep the device in the correct position. I experimented further with these bands for hands-free play, and I have now concluded that the experience with the device is quite nice without using the bands at all, provided you are able to become aroused enough to fill it up. If you are able to lay or sit comfortably while using this hands free (and not walking around), I suggest trying it both with and without the bands and see what you like. Now I have set the bands only small enough to gently hold the device in place rather than trying to get them tight. I found that if they are too tight, for me they were acting as sort of a reverse c-ring and not allowing a full erection to naturally occur. As far as play time is concerned, I want to play with this all the time. But I have concluded that (for me, being older) maybe less often will result in a quicker end result. For me, the goal is almost always to get to the edge but not past it. When I have been using this multiple times daily every day, I find that it is difficult to get to that edge place. (However, some of that is because of other people in the house and trying to do it on the sly, which is distracting.) Now my wife has agreed to be the gatekeeper (I really want her to interact anyway, rather than doing this solo), so she'll decide when and how often I get to play while she controls the app. That is a wonderful arrangement that turns me on greatly. We'll see how that goes, right now I am required to wait 4 days until I can use the device again. I hope this rambling information is helpful to someone. I know its a big investment and probably not for everyone, but I have been trying to find something like this for a while and took a shot with this one. I changed my rating to 5 stars now that I have taken more time considering the bands.

I bought this cause I thought wow something great for guys that maybe is as good as the toys this company has for women for a change. I have to say that I love the vibration that it gives and the online capabilities and the remote feature, but that's it. It doesn't stay on when you are thick and the strap don't keep it on and just falls off. It won't stay on in or out of your pants. Not intended for keeping it on for public play or long periods of time. If I knew all of this I wouldn't have purchased it. Too much money for something that sucks (not in a good way) and something you can't return. Maybe it works for some guys but not all, especially me.š

All the imaging for the toy makes it seems like it's supposed to vibrate down the length of it, it's does not, it's just the one small circular pad that oscillates. It's also incredibly weak, if you are already incredibly sensitive then this toy might do something for you but for me the battery life could be 10 hours and still wouldn't be enough to do anything. Your phone has a stronger vibration than this toy. Do not waste your money here.
