This works great! I wanted some privacy for our balcony. This was super easy to install and stretchable so you can keep any wrinkles or waves out of the material. Yes you need extra zip ties than come provided because your always gonna mess up at first but that ain’t a big deal. I just moved into a new apartment and I have a little balcony for the first time but I'd rather not have my neighbors staring, just in case I'm in my pj's or something. I just put it up and it fits perfectly but feels a bit flimsy - material wise. The weather's been great so far but I'm worried it'll get trashed if there's ever a really bad wind or even storm, despite being able to secure both the top and bottom. Might update the review later on.

Perfect fit and easy installation. Measure your balcony rail and use medium zip ties for a sleek low profile look. Its durable against fading from direct sunlight. Its a solid thickness which doesn't have a cheap feel or overly thick. The color options help match your home/apt style which is nice so that it doesn't stand out too much. Perfect amount of privacy. Translucent to be able to see a person passing by not enough to make out faces, details, etc. Great value for the quality.

Ordered a custom made fence, the fence was about a foot and a half shorter than what was ordered. The fencing was quite long, about 33 feet, and was only given one pack of zip ties that was NOT nearly enough for the length that I ordered. I immediately put up the fencing but now half of it just hangs off the patio railing. With then price I paid for, I'll gladly take those zip ties that I'm missing. Even it they are cheap.
