I met someone years back and we never were able to get together in this lifetime so to speak. He passed away tragically a year and a month after my son was born. I felt his presence after he passed and even cried at the exact hour of his funeral, not knowing it was his funeral until that night.     • Not Enough About Romancing My One True Love in Spirit...

I love the work of Debbie Ford, but I was very disappointed in this book by her sister, Arielle. While well-written, its main message is, "Don't worry if your romantic soulmate has passed, because he or she will send you someone else to love." That message may be an uplifting one for those who want that. But for those of us who have no desire to ever be with another—because our only desire is to strengthen and deepen our connection with our romantic soulmate partners in Spirit—this book offers little. Before spending the money for this book, I should have taken a clue from the Table of Contents as it features chapter heads, such as: Love the Second Time; Send Me Someone; Second Chances; Our Hearts Are Big Enough to Love More Than One... Again, this may be a helpful read for those who want to find a new romantic partner after one has passed. But, for people like me who are dedicated to deepening the Transdimensional romantic relationship we each already share with our one, true romantic soulmate in Spirit, "Love on the Other Side" is not the book for us. We aren't interested in finding someone new. For us, finding a new romance is the LAST thing we want in our lives. Instead, we are looking for ways to continually connect with our loves while living our our lives as happily and meaningfully as possible until our Great Grand Romantic Reunions take place. As a hospice chaplain and author of three books on after-death communication, I can speak with authority when I say that Arielle's new book is a valuable tool for anybody grieving the loss of a beloved partner. Soul mates are not necessarily lovers or spouses, but can be anyone who has a profound effect on our personal growth (including pets). Although Arielle's message addresses the unique pain of losing an intimate partner, the understanding that "love never dies" applies to ALL relationships.
