I bought two of these: One for my personal iPad Pro and one for my work iPad. The iPad Pro has the magnet for charging the pencil but the magnet is useless for securing it. How many times have you knocked the pencil off the magnet? When I traveled a few months ago, my fear was losing the it. When I found this nifty pencil holder, I knew this was the answer. Of course, you still have to charge your pencil but when you are mobile, you need not worry for your pencil is secure in it’s holder. My old school work iPad has no pencil charger.
