It is fairly easy to use. There can be slight discomfort depending on the level used and the area treated. I have only used it twice, so I have not noticed any big differences in hair growth.

Ok, so I have been getting the laser hair removal done from a doctor's office for quite a sometime and still having hair on my face which was due to hormonal changes in pregnancy. I was looking for at home laser hair removal devices so that I can do on my own at a fraction of cost. My sister tried this particular brand and recommend it to me. Let me tell you it's the perfect device to use! Easy and painless hair removal. It comes with a cooling and protection glasses which is a bonus. Now it's not that powerful as we get in dr's office but then it's not that pricey either. Plus there's no need to change the cartridges and the flashes are enough to last a long time. I've used this device over the course of 6 months, ran through my body about 3 times, totaling about 5000 pulses, but overall, it isn't very effective. It only truly stopped growth on 5-10% of my hair and my hair and skin type is ideal for this device, dark black hair with lite fair skin. The results are very patchy. There's a chance it could remove 100% but that could take a really long time, maybe 2-3 years with a nonstop weekly zap schedule. It's best to do this while watching a movie but it is still very tedious work. You would have to annoy someone for several years to do the back too. I saw a lot of positive reviews on this and decided to give it a shot but I'm now wondering if those reviews were truly written by actual users because this device is not very effective. ... show more

Love that I no longer have to go to the salon to get permanent hair removal but when I bought this it said it has a skin rejuvenation setting as well yet it says nothing about it in the manual. Can you give me instructions on how to get to that setting?

I tried to use this Laser Hair Removal for 3 months and it doesn’t work, I tried in different zones and everything according to the instructions but nothing changed. Before I went to special salon where I did laser hair removal and it was great but this one I do not recommend it’s a waste of money.

So easy to use and effective. Instructions are very clear and the screen is easy to ready. I had no problem navigating The settings. Ive had it for about 2 weeks and ive used it a total of 4 times. Im using it under my arms and my hairs feel like they came back a lot thinner. Im very excited to continue using this laser. Its so much less expensive than going to a professional spa.
