The bag is cute and matches my wallet but when I opened the packaging, the paper was all stuck to the back so I had to spend quite a bit of time carefully scraping paper off without ruining the bag. The buckle to make the strap shorter or longer was also stuck so I had to peel that apart which left huge marks. I bought this for our family trip to Disney World. I got it a few months prior to our trip. It is a super cute design. The only things I didn’t like is the crown like handle is massive. The second and biggest issue I had with this is the white material was transferring to whatever the bag leaned against. My couch now has white spots from the material. A pair of books now have a white spot on them as well. It was not exposed to high heat in my house so I don’t know what caused the material to do this. ... show more

So the bag itself was beautiful.. just like the pictures. However the strap was not as great it was sticky so constantly sticking on my clothes.. i tried wiping it with wipes but i think that made it worse.
