Growing up playing baseball in the 90’s all we used was Louisville Slugger. I trust this brand and know how durable and functional these bats are. The bat is balanced well and light enough to hit all practice long. The bat feels good in my hands but I added sports tape to the handle to make it feel more comfortable and add some grip to it. This is my second LS fungo. It is well balanced and sturdy. I had my first one for 8 years and had no problems. It is a reasonable weight and performed well on the field. I used it so frequently that I nearly wore the paint off the barrel. Yet it was still good to go. Unfortunately I leaned it against a fence in a batting cage and a hard hit line drive went right through the handle. I was quite disappointed.
