Bought this so we could replace our kitchens massive cast iron / porcelain two-bowl sink. We are finishing up a self-made kitchen remodel. After demolishing the original tile countertops, and the concrete and plywood below the tile, I put down 2 layers of plywood as underlayment for the pending quartz countertops. Because this is a top mount, rather than an undermount, we were able to install it temporarily into the new plywood. Last week, after several months, I pulled it out long enough for the quartz install, and dropped it into the quartz right after. Not as pretty as an undermount, but far more functional for a DIY dad. The sink is great, but being as big as it is, the bottom is huge with little slope. Might have been better to get the one with the drain hole off to one side instead of right in the middle. The huge drying rack covering the entire bottom protects the finish from scratches, but it can be a pain when trying to clean, or move scraps and debris toward the garbage disposal opening. This came with only two holes punched for faucets, etc, but I found a great hole saw on Amazon and was able to drill two more, for a total of four, to accommodate Faucet, Soap dispenser, Dishwasher vent, and a secondary water tap for the Reverse Osmosis filter. So far, we love it.

This sink is stunning! Feels strong and sturdy, not cheap and chincey. I love all the details and features! Super easy to install, water is quiet, worth every penny! All the features work beautifully š its soft and comfortable to do dishes! Cons: the matching drain does not work for a garbage disposal. We had to use the drain from our prior sink for the time being (thats why it's gold in the photo). I can't find the matching soap dispenser amd matching filtered water faucet to fill the other two holes! I hope the seller makes them available!!

Everything works! Love the functionality. Love the cup rinser and things slide back and forth easy. The high pressure spray works way better than our old oneā¦ I feel like Iām power washing food off of plates! We had handyman install so we donāt know how easy it was. We altered ours by buying a same color disposal sink attachment. Works great. Downside is that there is the tinies lip around the edges so you canāt easily push crumbs in from off the counter but I think thatās to be expected since it is not an under mount sink. Overall happy with our purchase!

The sink is beautiful, and the accessories are very useful. The mounting hardware is pretty difficult if you don't have at least 1-1/2" to spare around the underneath of the sink. It's doable but like I said. Difficult. Once it's in, you will love it. I've seen other reviews about the water not draining as it should. We either got lucky and got a good one or they fixed the problem. There are four creases on the bottom to allow water to flow to the drain. Overall, we are very pleased with the sink.

Terrible finish quality on this Lordear Kitchen Sink Drop In 28x22 Top mount 16 Gauge Stainless Steel Single Bowl Ledge Workstation. The mount flange edges that lays on the countertop are completely unfinished. Not smooth, and badly pitted. Purchased in late August. When ready to install in November, we noted how bad the manufacturing finish on the visible edges. Countertop company refused to even install.
