This is generally a cute sweater. I like the length, as it goes low enough to fully cover my low rise jeans without risking over exposure. I am 5'5 and 115. It is fair isle which reminds one of wool, but it's not scratchy like wool. I can wear it without something under it bulking it up. My issue is that in true fair isle style, it's not very fitted. Thus on me it appears boxy. I think if you're apple shaped it would fit you well. I've got a small waist and big hips, and this just looks baggy around my waist. Also the sleeves are a bit long (and I have long arms). I am considering keeping it and just taking in the waist. I tried just holding it pulled in and it was flattering. But my rule is that I don't purchase anything unless i absolutely love it. And I would love it if only the shape were a bit different! So I'm on the fence. I really want a red fair isle sweater but they're all going to be boxy. So I'm not sure what to do. If you're ok with boxyness then I think you will like this sweater.

I bought this sweater expecting a very cold winter, and was not disappointed. The sweater is 2 layers thick, but does not feel bulky. The pattern that I bought looks very professional, so it can easily be worn to the office and look nice. I highly recommend this sweater.
