As soon as I place this mat down, my puppy went over smelled it, put his paws on it…and that was history. He uses it faithfully. At first, I still had accidents, but he is now 6 months and he’s got it. I keep the mat on the porch so he get a sense of being outside as well. We have a nice yard he can fun around in, but he is so small, I don’t trust the hawks lol…Only thing is, after a few uses, (maybe in about 3 weeks time) I replace the grass. I tried hosing it down, spraying it, using soap, but the urine smell is unbearable. I have a real sensitive nose. Other from that…I love it, really great for potty training!!! Especially for people who doesn’t have immediate access to outside all hours of the day.

Very durable but even with piddle pads under it a lot of leakage. I've put it outside for the dogs to use there.

The grass is full and soft no bare spots. I was surprised at how awesome this product is. Definitely recommend. You will not be disappointed. And I received it next day.

If you’re an apartment dweller, GET THIS. I use puppy pads under the grass to make clean up easy. I hose the grass with disinfectant once a week and there is 0 smell. My dog LOVES this thing.

Not durable and not easy to clean save yourself the hassle So I understand this isn’t machine washable But according to the review it could be washed with a hose (I use my shower head to clean it) I currently live in an apartment, my female had an unexpected litter and this is to help potty outside To clean I would soak it then spray hose it down. So much of the grass and black particles come off of it. And even started clogging the drains! Which was not good. I thought well whatever I’ll just replace puppy pads underneath it every time and clean the poop with wipes. Well the grass comes out too easily and I have to watch the puppies closely so they don’t eat and swallow the grass parts that pull out too easily. I had to pull a big wad out from one of their throats! So now I wish I just spent the money and got the washable one because at least that one wouldn’t come apart being washable. And before anyone says I shouldn’t have sprayed it down, two of them I did not wash down (I ordered 3) and they still fall apart and are easily a hazard for puppies or chewers
