In many situations, they can replace rivets, spot welds, liquid adhesives and other permanent fasteners. These acrylic tapes' features can include adhesion to specific or abroad range of materials, conformability, high tensile strength,high shear and peel adhesion. All Tapes have excellent durability and excellent solvent and moisture resistance. Easy Installation: 25% strength of bond in 30 minutes 50% strength of bond in 60 minutes 75% strength of bond in 24 hours 100% strength of bond after 72 hours. Application Guide: 1.Surface Cleaning: Quick pre-clean of tough spots if necessary. Wet cloth to remove most contaminants. Final wipe with dry cloth. 2. Use scissors to cut the length you need (if it is used for larger and heavier items, such as photo frames, industrial crops, etc., use more according to the actual situation) 3. The temperature in winter is low, if it feels not very sticky, it is recommended to use a hair dryer to heat it up. 4.Tape Application by Hand: Start the tape at the edge of the surface and lay it down, applying constant pressure as you go. Apply a roll down force of at least 15 lbs with a dense J-roller over the entire area to ensure good contact between the tape and the first substrate surface.
