My 9 year old Lab tore her ACL and had to have TPLO surgery. Thanks to this ramp she is still able to go everywhere with me. I love how sturdy and safe it feels. Well made and strong but still very light. Folds up nicely and fits behind the seat in my truck. If you have an older dog or one that just has trouble jumping up into the vehicle, I highly recommend this ramp.

I needed a ramp to help my 90 LB GSD into the back seat of my F150. This works perfectly for that. Carpeted so no slipping if paws are wet. I may not have needed to get the longest ramp but no complaints. However, it's tad bit heavy. I suppose it needs to be to be sturdy. Sturdy it is! It folds up nicely so it's easy to store in the back of my truck.

I bought the 71” L x 20” w ramp for suv. I was so excited to find a ramp that was long and wide for my dog. Have a 105 lb Doberman who is a senior and has more trouble lately jumping into my SUV. I order this ramp based on the information. I was extremely disappointed when I used it. The pro’s: it is light weight. Has an amazing handle and folds up for easy storage. It looks nice and was easy for me to use it. The width in this is amazing; my dog felt secure with the width. The length is good but ended up being too steep with my car. The con’s: I have a 2003 Chevy Tahoe 4x4. The ramp would not hook to the back of my suv. I have 2 separate hooks and the ramp Is set up for a single latch. (I could have figured something out to make it work). The most important problem was that is bowed pretty bad when my dog walked on it. She is 105 lbs and ad says ramp can hold up to 285 lbs. I had a friend lie under the ramp to make sure it was secure,) since we couldn’t use the attachment to secure it to the back of my car. It was as also steeper than I had anticipated and it was very slippery. I could have added some secure strips to make it less slippery but in the long run, it seemed like I had to make alot of adjustments on an item that bowed alot when my dog walked on it; and it already isn’t cheap. It is a nice product and I am disappointed that it didn’t work for me but maybe if you have a smaller and newer suv it might work better. My Tahoe is higher than my daughters suv( she has a 2015 Toyota RAV 4) I really wish this had worked for me but back to searching I go…

I have a pup just diagnosed with IVDD and degenerative myelopy. I needed a ramp in oder to get her in the van for her appointments. I bought 2 different ones. This one is by far the BEST!!! It is secure. It ltches to the back of van. It folds open so NO FEAR of it collapsing like the other one I bought. This holds my 100lb German Shepherd with only a little bit of a bounce. Not enough to frighten her!! And she is a very anxious girl. The traction on this is GREAT! Enough or her to not slip, but NOT LIKE A NAIL FILE (like the other ramp I bought). I Wille sending the PetSafe back and ordering another one of these. *Another feature is that is locks closed when you shut it. And it had a COMFORTABLE handle to carry it. **Note... it is a little heavy..but I needed the big one for my girl. So I bought the longest to make the incline less. ♡ FANTASTIC product! Just saying...

Our giant breed puppy is blind and has some hind end issues, this ramp saved us. We had tried stairs for her because we liked how compact they were when the family of 4 goes together with the dogs. The stairs were just too hard for her to navigate. This ramp is wider than average so she doesn't have to walk in a perfect straight line. The green cover offers great traction even after a big swim. It is rubbery feeling to it. Other ramps haven't done well getting wet (we take her swimming a lot). With enough water they begin to smell. This ramp has been tough, without smell, and good traction even with wet paws. The convenient handle makes putting it away easy. We've had ours for over 3 months now and it's doing great with heavy use.

Im so very disappointed with this ramp! My poor girl has a ligament tear & I need to get her safely in & out of my suv to go to the vet. I purchased this as it advertises to be the longest, widest ramp & can hold 280 lbs. The frame seems sturdy however the ramp itself moves when she walks up & down the ramp! Its also not very long so the angle into my vehicle is very steep. My girl weighs 80 lbs so Im not sure why the surface of the ramp reverberates however that doesn’t seem safe. I’m sure it would be fine for little dogs but not for any large ones & the claim of 280lb capability is laughable!
