I purchased a lighter gray rug for my living room and it just didn't work. I have dark wood floors and the rug brightened the room and looked too farmhouse-y. I was going for a rich and warm look and this rug works for the look I was going for. The previous rug was thicker so there were bumps while this rug has none. No need to go over it with a vacuum or steam it to take the creases out. If you're on the fence, I recommend using the virtual styling feature Amazon has to see how it would look in your space. I purchased the 10x14 rug and it is beautiful! It is predominantly green but with aubergine and creams to give it the persian details life. The rug is thin but can be thickened up with a rug pad. However the thinness of it makes it easy to clean unlike my wool rug this one replaced. Would recommend!

Love this rug! Even though the rug has teal, there seem to be bits of navy which I like. I didn’t expect it to show so much burgundy but it coordinates well with the rest of my decor. I have several loloi rugs so I already knew this would be a thin rug and I don’t mind that at all. It’s also not a real soft rug like my other loloi rugs but I’m fine with that too. ... show more

Got the Bordeaux/Antique color and it has a good blend of natural warm colors which warm up the space. It’s soft and rolled out nicely. It also didn’t have an harsh chemical smells that some rugs have and this was huge for me being sensitive to toxic items. Definitely would recommend!
